Paul "Dizzy Hips" Blair- Owner/Director- 7 time Guinness Record Holder and instigator of the modern hula-hoop movement known as "hooping". Not only a world renown comedian and circus artist, Paul Blair is an expert in wilderness skills and has a degree in Ethnobotany from the Evergreen State College. He grew up in the Salmon river region of Idaho but has performed in and explored nearly every region of North America and much of the world. He is currently gaining his outdoor guide license for the state of Nevada where he has made his permanent home.

The Artists represented here are people Paul "Dizzy Hips" Blair has had the honor of working with during his many years in the Entertainment Industry. They are not only class acts but they are all GREAT to work with. Every time you book Paul Blair, Dizzy Hips Shows or any Amazing Arts and Entertainment Act, you will have happy audiences and a fun experience!

Most acts require a sound system, a stereo plugin for computer, mp3 player and a cd player. Most acts also require a cleen, safe, warm place to change and bottled or purified water.

Though events with higher budgets may choose to have us take care of these details some acts require: PA system with xlr and /or 1/4 inch mic hook-ups, stage lighting, stage, dancer platforms, help loading, unloading and transporting props and equipment, an MC to anounce them, a stage manager to give them 5 minutes and bring them to the stage, stage hand to clear props, lighting tech for spot lights etc, Food served a minimum of one hour prior to performance, a table for promotions (depending on type of event and contract and other details discussed in the planning stages.
