CATERING:
The date is set. The excitement is in the air. You have searched Pinterest and pinned all of your great ideas and now you are asking yourself what next? Don’t worry we can take over from here! Contact us for a complimentary consultation and we will take the time to get to know each other and determine if we are the perfect match to design, plan and/or cater your event. If it turns out we are not a match made in heaven rest assured we will make recommendations. If we are a fit, we will take all of your notes, pins and saved instagram posts and develop a menu with full decor to cater a memorable event. Following our consultation we will send you our design proposal with estimated pricing for your approval. If you select Amelia Irene we will then complete the contract and booking phase which includes a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and our services.

Rest assured you are not alone and we are here to serve you. Let us help you bring your Pinterest Board to life and manifest the wedding of your dreams. Amelia Irene is a boutique firm and as such we assume a limited number of weddings each year so that we are able to focus on the finest of details from the Save the Date to the Thank You Card and all of the details in between. We provide both catering and planning packages for weddings. Our wedding catering services are limited to intimate weddings when the guest count is under 100. Our design, planning and coordination packages provide experiences for all weddings small and large!

My fondest memory as a child was at the age of five when I begged my mom to have a birthday party. After days of begging she wouldn't give in so I went to my grandmother and asked her. My grandmother always loved to party and a huge fan of birthdays so I knew I could convince her. We walked to the neighborhood corner store to buy the food, ingredients for the cake and other essentials. While she cooked, I hand wrote all of my invitations and delivered them door-to-door to my friends in her neighborhood. She then helped me make all of the decorations. When my mom came to pick me up at the end of her workday we were busted! A grandmother couldn't deprive her granddaughter, and namesake, the desire to throw a birthday party! I have been in love with all things entertaining ever since. After spending over 15 year perfecting my craft in various areas of the special events industry, I decided to pursue a lifelong passion and fulfill my dreams of attending culinary school. In March of 2019 I graduated from the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York focusing on health supportive cuisine. It is in this venture that I combine years of experience in floral and invitation design, planning, coordination and catering to ensure you have the event of your dreams without compromising your holistic beliefs. Each celebration has a signature touch, a personal flair, it is a reflection of who you are interpreted by my hands. It is simply me, Amelia Irene Design.
