Based on our years of experience, from start to finish, we know the right issues to address (including questions you may not have thought of), the right set list and logistic arrangements to accommodate your event and the correct volume for the music and venue. We are very professional and responsive.
Your guests will be asking "where did you find this band?" and "when I have a party, I want them." We hear this very often. Typically, guests do not want to leave the dance floor.
American Jazz Company began several years ago and we play many events every year. Examples include fundraisers, private home holiday and birthday parties, wedding receptions and dinners, corporate events, backyard engagement parties
Key members of our band have played with such greats as Vince Gill, Roy Orbison, Kathy Mattea, Gatlin Brothers, Michael McDonald, Trace Adkins, Randy Owen and many, many others. We have done many guest appearances at the Grand Ole Opry as well as the Nashville Jazz Workshop.
You will likely not find a more accomplished group of musicians and vocalists!
We will supply a full PA system and all the necessary equipment and will customize the sound set-up for the size of your event. We have experience with everything from small house parties with 25 people up to large hotel ballrooms with 500+ guests. Depending on the number of musicians in the band, we will simply need a stage or an area large enough to accommodate us and access to power outlets.
Before the event, we like to visit the venue to ensure we find the least disruptive process for load in and load out, a place to change clothes, etc.
If the venue is outside, a backup plan to move inside if inclement weather occurs should be in place.
We have an extensive set list of songs and will work with you to create the perfect vibe for all parts of your special event. If you have special songs (first dances, etc.), we will make every effort to accommodate that.
