After I was cancelled by a Gigsalad's vendor on the day of my event, Susan of Amerevents came to my rescue and in a matter of a few hours had a Santa booked for that evening.

We have a Santa at every one of our family Christmas parties. This Santa set a new standard for Santas. He was the ultimate Santa. He did thorough preparation before the event. Getting to know the names of all of the family members attending. He received detailed information on the children. When he spoke to them, he addressed them by name and he clearly made them aware he was watching them, as he had a lot of background information on each child. He even knew the areas where they were nice and even a little naughty. He dwelled on the nice, but had the children telling them they would do better, in things like "cleaning up their toys". Which he found out through his preparation. He also had the teenager and adults readily involved with the Christmas visit with Santa. Leading them in an interactive dance and song. Telling stories. All just loved "Santa". Super communication before and after the event. He came across to all, as the person we all dream Santa is. Warm, cheery, kind, caring and listening. Thanks Santa, for making our family Christmas very special!!!!!

I hired a Santa from AmerEvents and it was a great decision. The Santa we got was dressed well, great natural beard, came early so that he could spend more time with the kids, and had a really fun introduction with songs that got our whole room engaged. My biggest point of praise is the communication beforehand. I spoke on the phone and emailed people from AmerEvents multiple times to hash our important details and their Santa called me a few days before to make sure we had all the information down!

The entire process was seamless from setting up to the visit. Santa even called ahead to ensure the routine. We had all ages from 1 to 80. Santa delivered for all ages. The grandchildren were greeted with fun and games then onto lap visits. Santa was awesome with all the family photos. We will definitely do this again.

I recently planned our corporate holiday party and, due to Covid, had to create a private event space so we could better manage the health and safety of our employees. This involved a heated tent, flooring, lighting, Christmas trees, lounge furniture, music, entertainment, food and bars. The thing I was complimented on above everything else was Santa Pete. He was the highlight of the entire day! Even those without children could not stop raving about him. He was so interactive, with the children and adults. He was so fun and just emanated joy. You can tell he loves what he does. He has been personally requested by so many for our next party, so we will be sure to book him early. The best Santa I have ever worked with or met- which is high praise because my dad was a Santa back in the 80s!

This was our first experience booking a Santa at our home for our 8 grandkids! We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience. Santa was true to his word. From responding to our request for a Santa with a quick and reasonable quote, to a follow up phone call with all the info. as to what to expect. Everything was detailed, pleasant and very well organized. Santa was on time and so great with the kids. Santa KJ and Mrs. Claus were amazing! Our Corporate Christmas party was a huge success and my boss said we want to hire him every year for our IT Christmas Party! He and his lovely wife were wonderful performers and the kids were in awe! His hair and beard were perfect and beautiful! We loved the glitter in his beard, he looked magical! He even had rosy cheeks and nose. The only complaint I had was with Gig Salad for not providing the correct phone number to the vendor for me. If they would have gotten it right, I could have spoken to Santa KJ sooner to find out the “$5 Gift for each child included with each visit” is not a wrapped gift they open, but an interactive website with a free membership (normally $5). I ended up having to go out and buy the gifts and wrap them the day before the party, which was extremely stressful. My suggestion is that the vendor update their description as well to avoid confusion with future customers.

Our profile outlines this. Over 100,000 families in Colorado are using the Nice List/Good Behavior program
and raving about it. 60,000 families from last year signed up again this year because their familes loved it so much.
American Events usually works directly with our 1300 clients, starting in January with a series of emails
and phone calls. We admit that the intervention of the GS system makes communications more cumbersome for both of us. Booking so close to your event date also put the pinch on developing a relationship with American Events and your Santa.
We are glad your Santa thoroughly explained his added bonuses before his arrival.
American Events does offer the added service of plush gifts (geared for ages infant to teen) for $3 per child.
Had you of contacted our office via email of phone we would have added those for you.
Again the GigSalad experience inhibits that direct communication which makes it harder. We agree 100%
Now that we are connected perhaps you would work with us directly in the future for clearer communications.
Sounds like the children had a magical experience, for which we are honored to have been a small part.

Santa Mike C joined us for our neighborhood Christmas party, and was AMAZING! I had parent after parent tell me that this was the best neighborhood party yet and to book Santa Mike for next year.
