About
Amy Pechacek is an international speaker, leadership expert, and the founder of Alpstra Training Solutions, a corporate training company dedicated to helping leaders and teams cultivate resilience, emotional intelligence, and authentic leadership. With a background in education and corporate leadership, Amy’s career has been defined by a passion for empowering individuals to break through limitations and step into their full potential.
Her leadership journey began in the classroom, where she honed her ability to inspire and educate. However, she soon felt called to make a broader impact and transitioned into corporate leadership. Working closely with sales and leadership development teams, she quickly recognized a recurring barrier to success—fear. Fear of failure, fear of change, and fear of stepping into leadership roles often kept individuals from reaching their goals.
Amy’s own story is one of profound resilience. She endured the unimaginable loss of her husband to suicide, an experience that tested her strength and reshaped her perspective on leadership and personal growth. Rather than allowing adversity to define her, she chose to use it as a foundation for transformation. She learned firsthand that resilience is not just about surviving challenges but about using them as fuel for growth.
Amy’s leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in personal transformation. She believes that professional success is a direct result of personal growth—when leaders prioritize self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and alignment with their values, they naturally elevate their teams and organizations. Her work with emerging leaders, corporate executives, and blue-collar professionals has equipped individuals with the tools to lead authentically, navigate challenges with confidence, and create a culture of engagement and high performance.
Her unique approach blends faith-based values with practical leadership strategies, helping leaders integrate integrity, purpose, and resilience into their decision-making. She has worked with organizations across industries to develop leaders who are not only effective but also deeply connected to their teams.
Through her keynote speaking, corporate training programs, and executive coaching, Amy challenges leaders to break through old mindsets, embrace change, and build high-performing teams. Her message resonates with those seeking to align personal fulfillment with professional excellence, and she is passionate about helping leaders create lasting impact in both their careers and lives.
A native of Louisiana, Amy now resides in East Texas with her family. She is the proud mother of two adult children, Nick and Erin, wife to Larry, and GiGi to Raynie Lynn.
Additional Booking Notes
I strive to make the event planning process as smooth as possible and can adapt to the A/V setup available at the venue. For larger audiences, I typically require a microphone (preferably a wireless lavalier) to ensure clear audio. For smaller groups, I can project my voice effectively without one.
If slides or visuals are part of the presentation, a projector or large screen is helpful, along with a reliable sound system if audio elements are included. Staging can be flexible—I’m comfortable on a large stage, in a conference room, or in a more intimate setting. While good lighting enhances audience engagement, I can easily adapt to what’s available.
If specific equipment is needed based on the venue or audience size, I’m happy to coordinate with your team in advance to ensure a seamless experience. My goal is to deliver a high-impact presentation with minimal technical concerns for you.
Influences & Inspiration
My influences come from a combination of personal experiences, powerful leaders, and thought-provoking speakers who emphasize resilience, authentic leadership, and emotional intelligence.
I’ve been deeply shaped by John Maxwell’s approach to leadership development, Mel Robbins’ work on mindset and personal growth, and Simon Sinek’s insights on purpose-driven leadership. Their teachings align with my belief that great leadership starts from within—by understanding ourselves, we can better inspire and empower others.
Beyond thought leaders, my own journey has been a significant influence. Experiencing profound loss and navigating the challenges of leadership in corporate and entrepreneurial spaces has given me a unique perspective on resilience, growth, and intentional leadership. These experiences allow me to connect with audiences on a deeper level, blending research-backed insights with real-world lessons that truly resonate.
