My name is Micah Emily and I am the creative behind And Two Were Tamed. I walk through life with a beautiful husky pup name Kyote and have loved photography from a young age. My wedding and elopement photography revolves around couples who have chosen to invest in one another, have fallen in love, and who are intertwining their lives as one. I photograph in a documentary style which allows me to tell your story vs simply capture the ideal wedding shots. I want to show off your personality, your individual styles, and above all else, your love for one another.

As an adventure photographer I am known to be found outdoors. I love hiking with my couples and exploring new places with them. I live in Colorado and enjoy backpacking, hiking, highlining, climbing, and many things in between. If you want to climb together for your engagements we can make that happen, if you want to hike to a new area we can find the right trail, and if you want to elope on a three day backpacking adventure then I'll help carry your gear, set up decorations, and braid your hair the morning of. The one thing I never leave behind is a good cup of coffee and I've been know to jerry rig papertowels when someone forgets the french press. Although these morning brews usually have ground coffee at the bottom, it's definitely better than going without.

My favorite places to photograph so far was Bali and Gili Trawangan in Indonesia, Maui Hawaii, Death Valley California, and Marble Colorado here in my home state. A few places I'd still love to go are Brazil, Norway, back to Havasupai in Arizona, and Patagonia.
