Andy's Serving Staff

My wife and I held our wedding reception at Crystal Springs Rhododendron Garden and realized pretty last minute that we needed an OLCC-licensed bartender for the event. Andy was prompt to respond, easy to communicate with, and was even able to bring her own table and coolers to help us out. It was an outdoor event on one of the hottest days of the summer thus far and Andy was still bringing great service with a smile; she even picked up ice for us on her way over, which really helped out. Very affordable, professional, and easy to get along with - would definitely hire her again.

Andy and her staff worked as waitstaff at our wedding. They were fantastic. Everything went super smoothly. They were incredibly friendly and organized. I would highly recommend Andy!

Andrea came on time and had 2 diff stations set up (main floor and basement) and whipped up many cocktails for us; overall we had a good time

Andy is intuitive, professional, organized, helpful, self motivated and a LOVELY addition to the party. I hosted 8 of my husbands closest friends for a 40th birthday in a private loft home. Andy quietly saw to coats being put away, drinks being served, dinner glasses being kept full, cake being served and most importantly, things left clean and orderly before she left. Bonus: she snapped some awesome photos!

I worked with Andy at an event and I was impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and the knowledge her end her team displayed during the event. I can honestly say she has earned my respect. She was on time, polite and went above what was expected. Job well done Andy. I hope our paths will cross again in the future.

I need to preface by saying in the beginning it was a little hard to get responses and they sounded disinterested. But after actually meeting them and communicating more closer to the wedding date, I have to think it was just bad timing I started contacting them. Only because it was NIGHT and DAY.

They got to the set up on time, did whatever they could to source dinnerware and utensils that I needed and the list kept changing. Great attitude and so easy to work . Amazing energy , I felt very comfortable with them very quickly and almost felt like they were guest after a while. Also, and my guest had a great time !

We had a special event in which we hired Andy and another person from gigsalad. We set up everything in advance and Andy was very good to work with. However, the other bartender walked off the job because he felt like he wasn't getting enough in tips and we were suddenly left with nobody for the next night of the event that would host over a hundred people. Andy was extremely professional and was able to come in and help with the event. She and Julie worked their butts off and did an extraordinary great job at our event. We couldn't have had a successful event without these two ladies. I highly recommend hiring Andy for your next event.

The person hired listed herself as having a WA liquor license. She did not. It almost became necessary to cancel. Luckily the venue was willing to take an Oregon license, but you guys need to verify people’s credentials. It’s inconvenient for the customer and it also opens your business up to potential lawsuits. Will not be using you again.

Having never hired a bartender for an event, we didn't know exactly what to expect. We hoped that whoever it was that showed up would be competent and friendly. This occasion was for a small backyard wedding and reception. Without reservation, we heartily provide our thanks and gratitude to Shelly. She was a wonder addition to the festivities. She made things easy for us, and offered to help even more if we needed it. We would hire her again in a heartbeat. Thank you again Shelly for your professional, easy going, skillful manner. Andy was incredibly professional and went above and beyond for my group. She was well prepared and even did some scotch homework to prepare for my event. I will definitely utilize her company for all of my future events.

Andy and her partner were top notch. They arrived on time, worked very hard and were a step ahead of the game at every turn. My backyard wedding was a dream come true largely because of these two and all their hard work.

Andrea was delightful. She made the evening flow and removed any stress from the family members. When she left the house was back to normal and all things were cleaned and put away. Thank you for your part in making the evening a success.

There are really two ratings here. For the event itself, Andy and her staff were outstanding and a 5 star. They cheerfully took care of what needed to be done, needed little direction, and were always on task. The bride and groom were very pleased with them. The other rating would be a 2 star for communication and service before the event. There were long periods of silence after requests for documentation that added to stress levels. If Andrea can fix this, I would highly recommend them.

Initially there were difficulties with communication, but at the event Andy was eager and positive.

I received the quote right away. I booked them and paid my deposit. I sent a few messages and called their direct line and never received a response. The day of the event came, and no one ever showed up.
