Angela Shaw has been bringing her expressive piano sounds to parties, weddings, and cocktail hours for several years. She is a trained classical pianist, but covers jazz, standards, and modern styles in her repertoire. Her Christmas jazz features will add sparkle to your Holiday celebration. If clients desire vocals, Angela can accommodate them with a variety of songs, but specializes in Carole King tribute music.
Angela has a degree in Piano Performance with a vocal minor from Biola University. She was also trained in pop keyboard styles at Grove School of Music in Van Nuys, California. Your event is sure to be enhanced by her personality and distinctive piano offerings.

Angela provided her own keyboard piano and played a great mix of old and new show tunes for our mixed gender party of 25 guests. The 6 year old (and youngest guest) sang a solo of Sinatra's classic "Fly me to the Moon" for her Grandmother with Angela playing backup. We were delighted with Angela and will use Gig Salad again.

Angela presented a dazzling show to the Friendship Club of Murry Hills…"Great! Excellent! Pleasant! Playful! Entertaining! Fun!"...that’s what members told at the evaluation. Angela excels at the piano and her voice is in harmony with the notes of her piano and thru her songs, we relived the sixties in one hour, which seemed to only be fifteen minutes. Angela is also an excellent crowd leader, doing nice transition between the songs and involving the members to sing with her in "Locomotion and Sweet Suzann". Congratulations to Angela Shaw!
