When meeting with Kelly, the Owner | Wedding & Event Planner | Interior Designer of Angelic Affairs, you can expect a Complimentary Consultation which begins by emailing you a link to our Detailed Event Questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is completed by you, Kelly will prepare a Budget Analysis as well as a Preliminary Design Inspiration Board showing that Kelly sees your vision for your special day and can create it, along with custom package her fee, within your budget. Both the Budget Analysis and Preliminary Design Inspiration Board are yours to keep regardless of booking.
When booking Angelic Affairs from a distance, complimentary consultations are typically handled over the phone or via Skype. Within 30 days of booking Angelic Affairs, depending on your custom package, Kelly will fly out to meet you personally at the venue your event will take place at to begin preparing and planning your special day! Kelly has years of experience in planning destination weddings, and has excellent research skills to be fully prepared for your special event! Kelly is also multi-lingual, which also helps in destination weddings in the countries where Portuguese, Spanish, and French is spoken. While Spanish and French are more on the minimal side, Kelly is fluent in the Portuguese language.
ANGELIC AFFAIRS is a full-service event planning and floral design company. We are mainly located in Newport, RI and Beverly Hills, CA, and travel all over the world planning events with many places incurring little to no travel and accommodation fees due to our worldwide presence. Kelly, the Owner of Angelic Affairs, handles each event personally utilizing some assistance when needed by her assistants.
Our weddings have been featured in Offbeat Bride, Rock 'N Roll Bride, A Practical Wedding, and Floral Review. All of events are custom-tailored around YOU! Potential clients looking for pricing of our services can expect to obtain our Detailed Event Questionnaire. Within 24-48 hours of completing your questionnaire, I'll personally prepare a Custom Package for you featuring a Budget Analysis, Preliminary Design Board, and Contract with Package(s) with the services we can provide you without going over budget! Following the completion of your Custom Package we'll arrange a Consultation with you either in-person, by phone, or via Skype depending on your location and preference :-)
Full design concept and decor is provided by Angelic Affairs; while decor and supplies are typically provided by the client unless other arrangements have been made (such as personal shopping by Angelic Affairs for our busy clients).
My influence and inspiration are my clients. Through the unique booking process I've come up with, I'm able to create a fully-integrated wedding/event based around my client's personality, activities, likes, relationship history (for weddings), business history (for corporate and nonprofit events), and goals. I always strive to ensure that each event I plan is completely based around my client rather than just another cookie-cutter event.
