At the heart of our vibrant and engaging entertainment experiences is our founder and Chief Entertainment Officer, Lauren Ansley. Lauren is not your typical entertainer – she's a corporate entertainer, trainer, speaker, emcee, and humorist, all rolled into one.
Lauren built her skills on stage, and it all began by taking a stand-up comedy class. What initially started as a hobby quickly evolved into a business focused on entertaining and connecting audiences.
In 2019, fueled by passion and determination, Lauren took a bold leap. She sold her house, left her job, and founded her first venture – a stand-up comedy show production company called “Beerly Funny.”
Lauren partnered with local breweries in the greater Charlotte, NC - USA region, producing professional comedy shows dedicated to spreading joy and laughter, supporting local businesses, and elevating comedy as an art form.
The year 2020 brought unexpected challenges, causing Lauren to pivot her business model. Undeterred, she transitioned to offering online comedy shows, bringing laughter to audiences despite the physical distance.
A pivotal moment came when an employee from Microsoft reached out, seeking Lauren’s expertise to produce a series of virtual comedy shows for their teams. She had seen Lauren host a comedy show several months prior.
From that moment, Lauren seamlessly blended her background in event planning with her emcee skills to connect audiences and enhance team dynamics. Ansley Corporate Entertainment was born, specializing in curated, customized, and engaging entertainment for corporations.
