I've worked with Andy multiple times now (I'm talking more than 15 separate sessions) for photo and video work and if you're looking for someone professional, efficient, talented, and on top of all that just fun and easy to be around/work with, Andy is the photographer you're looking for. I have never gotten as many compliments on my photos and promo material as I do when he's the one behind the lens and I know for a fact that a significant portion of the work I book is because of the quality of his work. I had a fantastic experience with AP Photography and would recommend him to everyone! Andy was hired to provide headshots on a first come, first serve basis in my office. Not only was he extremely friendly, he was provided above and beyond direction to the subjects. There were quite a few people that commented to me after sharing that he made the experience feel comfortable and stress-free. I am hoping to have AP Photography back for future events!!

About
Living in Central Florida, Andy Painter was drawn to themed entertainment, events, and live performers. Andy is currently freelancing for private clientele and corporate vendors.
Andy originally hails from the TV industry, having studied and received degrees in Film and TV production. After graduating he went on to work for 15 years traveling and covering live events as a camera operator and director of photography. In that time Andy found himself meeting and making friends with many magical live performers who liked working with him, having a bit of a performance background himself. Although initially, he offered only video services more and more of his talented friends requested still photography, which he became very proficient at and enjoyed more and more.
Since then Andy has taken his many years of industry experience covering live events and channeled that professionalism into AP photography.
In addition to photography, writing and filmmaking, Andy is also a bit of an actor, so don’t be surprised if you see him around from time to time. He loves analog film, collects vintage treasures and clothing, specifically hats, and also has a passion for music, singing, and playing the piano.
Andy presently resides in Winter Park, FL with his two amazing daughters.
