Apostle Project

We will come to your church and provide a wholesome worship atmosphere for your morning service, youth event, church get together, you name it! Whether that's with just music (minimum), or music plus testimonies, the message, scripture reading etc.

When a call to worship leading was placed on his heart, Nathan Rideout (lead vocals / rhythm guitar) sought musicians who God had put in his path. Despite not knowing each other, we trusted that the Lord had a plan to use us to do great works. Over many months, the final lineup became Jahred Warkentin (lead guitar / effects), Jake Wiseman (drums / backing vocals), and Brandon Pilgrim (bass guitar).

Apostle Project is a ministry that focuses on creating an atmosphere of worship through music. The meaning behind the name “Apostle Project” comes from the book of Acts. Apostles were faithful followers of Jesus, sent out to proclaim the Gospel to all. We believe that we are to be like Apostles by spreading the Good News of Jesus. Our project is the means by which we fulfil this mission.

Since forming in January 2015, we have lead worship at various churches or events across Southern Ontario, Including: Niagara Falls, Simcoe, London, Milton, Windsor, Guelph, Stratford, Jacksons Point, Oakville, Chatham, Ajax, Mississauga, Etobicoke, Shelburne, Hamilton, Kingston, Woodstock and Toronto. We hope to expand this list even further as we love worshipping a familiar God with unfamiliar faces.

“You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” - Acts 1:8

We have all of our own musical instruments, the only thing we don't have and would require is a sound system (mixer, speakers, monitors, DI box) plus microphones (2), mic stands, and microphone cables. Lighting is not a requirement for us we will worship with eh lights on, off or anywhere in between.
