I am a business owner, motivational speaker, philanthropist, mentor, and youth advocate. I speak at schools, organizations, conferences, and corporate events. I encourage positive authentic leadership, the purpose of having a strong character, working together in diverse environments, how to recognize bullying at home & work, the importance of team work at home & work. My mission is to empower everyone to dream beyond their circumstances and combat their struggles with their visions. Helping them to understand, that, to achieve their goals will not be easy, but it's possible.
I am willing to travel across the US. Travel fees are additional.

Whether adults or youth, the audience can expect to think and experience a mindset shift, leave inspired and on fire to improve upon their lives. They'll leave with proven strategies to help them reach their goals and understanding that fear is not an option. That whatever they seek to achieve, it will not be easy, but it will be possible.

Her WEIRD Girl Mentoring program can be found at Penn Wood Middle School and Yeadon Public Library. Through her mentoring program, 97% of the students are now on honor roll, the 3% missed honor roll by a few points. She encourages the students to think about their career dreams when school seems hard.
