I help and show people how to take control of their lives. Personal growth and development, motivation and laughter are the tools I use to get you and your group focused on being a force for good and being more goal achievement oriented.
I work with and speak to high school juniors, seniors and college freshmen and sophomores because I believe this transition is one of the most critical transitions in their life. It is essential to understand the many options available to make decisive, sound decisions.
I believe, motivation and more importantly inspiration must be at the core of any teacher, leader, mentor, coaching relationship. I bring this to the stage or workshop in a powerful way.

What to expect from Asa? Be ready to have your socks blown off so make sure you pull them up there high. The energy and enthusiasm that Asa brings to an event is second to none. When he is in front of a room and working with an audience during any of his energetic presentation it is not a one-way conversation he has an amazing ability to involve everyone in a single conversation. His blend of comedy, enthusiasm, and seriousness lets everyone in the room know that they are able to go to the next level whatever that means for them.
Asa E. Patterson is an Investor, Master Speaker and Trainer who partners with CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs to grow their professional companies, personal brands, and bottom line. Spending five-years as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and being a lead mentor, coach, and trainer for leading personal development companies around the world has given Asa a unique perspective on what drives revenue and explores a brand. He says that it’s all about connecting with your potential clients and showing them you truly care about the growth of their brand and business.
Asa believes that success leaves clues. His military experience highlights the importance of demanding the best of yourself and others. This is important because those who can communicate a grand vision can create massive results.
Asa’s work has taught him that the main determinant of success or mediocracy is the mindset and that little voice in your head that tells you “No!” or “Go!” His deep understanding of motivation and inspiration led him to create the Little Voice Management System. He strongly believes that learning to control that inner critic can propel you to the life you want.
His passion to work with college and high school students stems from the fact that he did not excel in high school and it wasn't until he was aggressively (some might say negatively) challenged by his high school social studies teacher that he made the decision to excel in the world of academia as a scholarship recipient to the University of Illinois for Track and Field.
