About
AseEuei ShangoYe is an American rapper and producer whose influence comes from Memphis Jookin, Larry June, and Afrobeats have carved the landscape, allowing for the new-age revival of Minnesota HipHop scene. I am supported by some of the biggest names in Rap music including TESO, Mpls Drew, Creative Minneapolis, and Malo who featured in the original production, “Cyrebro" and “Ancient Bonds”.
My music is a reflection of the internal and external journeys faced by the city for the city, from the people of Minneapolis. My goal is to inspire introspective reflection to the listeners as they embark on their personal spiritual journeys and unleash their inner flames.
