Nothing short of a wonderful experience. TraShanna arrived early and jumped right in. From set up to breakdown, I couldn't have asked for a better transition. Our guests loved her from the moment the event started. She will definitely be our go-to bartender. Not to mention, with my request being a day before, that was no problem, communication was 10/10 from start to finish.
I requested services for 12am, as my event was late in the night. Knowing she was not available at that time, she accepted the event, then cancelled the day of because she was only available for 12pm. So I had no waitstaff at my event. :(
She was nice and polite though. But I would have rather she ignored the request since she was not available for the listed time.

Miss Alexis, there was clearly a miscommunication regarding the time. We ask you to confirm if it was am or pm. You confirmed pm(even though am was listed). So we booked you for that time. However, I fully agree, if we would’ve have known that it was a late event at 12 midnight, we never would’ve accepted the request. We still tried to accommodate you as well as offer you a future credit in addition to the full refund you received for the error.
*Also, you called me day of to say you overlooked the message it was not pm it was am and that’s where we informed you we had to cancel the contract because we were already booked for that time slot.
The service was great. Server was on time and helped us set up and break down. He made sure everything we needed was taken care of. I would definitely work with them again.

The party was perfection! The venue had sustained alot of damage from various items days before the scheduled event: storm, wind, flood, cars beaking down. It took mulitle crews to restore the venue and decorate and prepare food. Everyone involved in throwing the celebration had a nasty exhaustion hang over yesterday!
But the venue shined with immaculate perfection! The food was fabulous! And Carol was beyond perfection! I am deeply grateful for her service! Her knowledge and ease was impressive! Carol was excellence! THANK YOU!
It would have been nice for the owner to have called or texted me a day prior to confirm details. The owner wasn't good at compromising and taking accountability, despite being in the wrong. The owner sent the waitstaff to the location 30 minutes before the time indicated or requested for service, and had the audacity to include those 30 minutes into the 3 hours of service. As a result, wait staff had to leave at 9:30 pm, instead of 10pm. I had planned for the waitstaff to be there from 7 to 10, even though I requested the services from 7 to 9:30, since the company offers a minimum of 3 hours of service. None of this was communicated until an hour before the event. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. The owner was more focused on being right than being solution based. Poor customer service from her end. The waitstaff were nice, but it looks like one of them needed more training on what to do. I encourage the owner to better prepare her staff so that it helps boost their confidence in what they are doing.

We spoke at the time of booking via message on this site. You requested and paid for 2.5 hours ONLY . The free 30 mins you received, which was explained, was us arriving ahead of time to go over expectations for the evening so when your event starts you can focus on your guests. You was also informed at the time of booking you could contact me anytime if you had any other questions or concerns. Instead You chose to contact me that day of service and you never mentioned your assumption of us staying later. When my more than qualified crew arrived early you mentioned them staying late. When we tried to accommodate the extended time for an additional fee, you declined. My crew was very professional and enjoyed working with you and we would love the opportunity to service you again in the future. Thanks.

The waitstaff arrived on time and made themselves invaluable. They took on every task assigned to them and worked diligently. The event was on the beach, so it was very windy. I don't know how they managed to keep things running smoothly and the guests happy. They also checked in on me personally, reminded me of some activities I'd forgotten about and were very supportive.

At Your Service arrived 1/2 early, asked what was expected of them and hopped right in. “Sweet T” was exceptional! Simply a delight to work with, not only was I pleased but but guests loved her too. She was professional, pleasant, not one you had to micromanage or give constant direction but was extremely efficient. She has left such an impression on us that we can’t wait to hire her again.

Tra’Shanna with At Your Service bartending (Drama Queen Drinks) was incredible! She bartended for a pool day for my best friends bachelorette party, and we talked about her the whole weekend! This Drama Queen hosted my family reunion for our picnic and the gala and we had THE best time. My family is still ranting and raving over the event. Saturday, May 21st I booked with gigsalad for a small event I was having at my home. 15 people. Where do I start?
First, I booked with At Your Service for Waitstaff. The two staff showed up to my home 5 minutes before the event started. When they arrived I asked them to take off their shoes and put on the shoe covers. They did not know how to put them on. After instructions they finally got them on correctly and entered my home.
Second, they did not know how to set up the buffet warmers. My friend was in from New York and guided them on how to set up the warmers.
They did not come with their own gloves but with me being a nurse I gave them a pairs that I had in my nursing bag.
Through the night they were constantly instructed to go to guests and see if they were done eating to throw away the plates.
After the event was over, they left food in the pots, kitchen was half cleaned.
I will not be using them again and I do not recommend them.
