If Audiocake has a DJ available for your event via our availability checker on our website ((link hidden)), you'll receive a comprehensive email explaining what it is that we offer for your event including hours provided, location, items we bring, items we need, and deposit link.

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for events for Audiocake to remove the date from our calendar to insure that no other event is booked over yours. Weddings get full attention and no other events are allowed to be scheduled that day for that DJ.

Once a deposit is received, you'll receive an email containing your login information for our website where you'll have access to the backend area to input setlist, song selections, indicate announcements, and much more.

If there are any questions, your DJ may contact you via phone for clarification. On the day of the event, you should expect your DJ to arrive 3 hours prior to the event to setup and be ready. We want to be sure that if there are any problems or challenges, that they can be addressed in time.

Any remaining payment should be received by the DJ on site before the event. DJ's can accept cash, credit cards or checks made out to the DJ. The DJ should also be aware of who the contact is on site for any questions that may arise during the event.

After the event, the DJ will tear down their equipment and leave the premises typically in an hour or less. Afterwards you may receive a request for feedback so that we can make sure that the DJ met all of your needs and if not, how we can improve the quality of the services they provided.

Finding a DJ for your event can be a major task. Most pricing is way too high and when you’re searching online, you literally have no way of knowing what you’re going to get. How do you know that you’ll get a professional DJ? Will they be presentable? Will they know what they’re doing?

Audiocake is a conglomerate of DJ’s that work independently from the big companies and can charge a fraction of what they charge. The same exact DJ’s you would get if you hired them through the large entertainment companies, but without all of the overhead cost.

We offer the same experience, the same level of service, the same professionalism, the same equipment, the same backend planning system that lets you plan out your timelines and pick out your music, but most importantly, the same DJ’s.

Minimum of two outlets for sound and lights (preferably on separate breakers)

All equipment including table, table surround, speakers, lights, poles, etc. are all provided by Audiocake for all events.
