About
Audrey grew up in a musical family in rural Kansas, where they called crawfish "crawdaddies."
While in Kansas they may be daddies, this band is drenched in sexual innuendos and sultry songs, so we're calling it a Zaddy vibe.
Audrey spent her formative years singing, dancing, and performing. After receiving a degree in Acting from Oklahoma City University, she moved to New Orleans to work as an actor and dialect coach. Impassioned by the musical culture of the city, she eventually found her role as a vocalist. She is joined on stage with a rotating crew made up of the top talent in New Orleans.
Most of the Craw-Zaddies songs fit into 3 categories -- Love, Longing & Lust -- the pinnacles of early 20th century music. We play the songs that your great-grandparents got in trouble for. The CrawZaddies aim to keep that youthful spirit alive in jazz.
Additional Booking Notes
We love private parties so we stay fairly flexible on technical needs. We can provide our own sound setup suitable for most venues for a fee.
