We originally booked with this band but found out the person scheduling was in a different time zone so there was a two hour miscommunication. However, they sent a replacement for the correct time and they were wonderful.

We celebrated my mother's 60th bday. The mariachi was on time and had a wide range of songs to play. Aurelio Reyes has an authentic voice and the other members voices complement him very well. They were very entertaining and I would highly recommend them!

This was for a funeral service and group was to play throughout the burial service. Arrived 30 minutes late and folks were leaving the burial service. Make sure they read their contract and show up on time.

El Gallo de Chiapas and his band were amazing for the 45min booked at our community resource fair, the 2nd Harvest Festival! They (3 members) arrived in full mariachi dress with their instruments while we provided mic and sound equipment. The performance was held outdoors.

They played a good mix of mariachi classics and even took a request from the crowd. The festival was "harvest/Halloween" themed and they played a few songs from the Pixar movie Coco, which was fun and seasonal!

They truly made the event memorable, would book them again in a heartbeat. :)

They came, I asked for three I got four. The older man was forgetting all the lyrics. The older female was reminding him or she would jump in and when he remembered she would stop. The young girl and young guy were amazing. I would give them a four star. However the other two just did not have what it takes. I normally am careful about how I word things. The entire party all noticed the older man and lady. I understand we all have bad days but two out of the four just didn't have what it takes . I was not pleased with the service. I wish I could honest say that they did a great job but that would be a lie..

We got the best entertainment for one hour. They played all the songs we requested and made the birthday girl feel extra special. Although they had a 3hr drive with traffic, it was 109 degrees outside and our party was small; they sure made us laugh, sing and even surprised us with the show! Senor Reyes' Mariachi were as advertised. They were on time, professional and played beautiful romantic music for our wedding anniversary. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that is looking to add a mariachi band to their event. Because of Covid restrictions we asked for them to play in our driveway while we watched from our balcony and it could not have turned out better. Because of the setting our neighbors behind us and across the driveway were also able to watch from their balconies. My wife pointed out how everyone in all 4 balconies were swaying to the lovely Mariachi music and the applause and shouts of appreciation at the end of each song warmed my heart. We could not have made a better choice and I know we will always keep that night in our hearts.

The Mariachi band was great, on time, and the music was the festive shot that everyone needed to celebrate. Communication was easy, they were on time and played all the songs we had requested. Our only complaint is that we couldn't all be there in person to enjoy the music!

They took requests, moved around to different tables to serenade the guests, took pictures with guests and were very friendly. They arrived early and were very professional. I highly recommend them!

Better than expected. Just what we needed to make the party a success. I will definitely call on this group again in the future. The performance was excellent. They played all the songs requested and even one extra as a special request. It meant the world to my 90 year old parents. They were friendly, punctual and very professional. Extremely pleased.

Perfect trio!

Musicians were punctual, happy and played music at the appropriate volume level for our sized group. It was a large crowd and they really set the tone for our event. I would definitely use them again!

The performers we very accommodating and nice. They played music we requested during the party. The trio that came were not quite as powerful sounding as I had hoped, compared to all the you tube examples or trios I listened to. But overall my mom was surprised and happy and that was the goal.

I was so happy to have found this amazing group on gig salad! This group sounded amazing, looked amazing and just far exceeded my expectations. We hired 3 mariachi's and they arrived early, had THE BEST communication, and sounded so professional. They were the icing on the cake at my husbands 40th Birthday! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed them. Sally even offered to tune my toddler's ukelele with her tuner after they were done playing and now he wants to be a mariachi like them. They were kid friendly too! I would HIGHLY recommend them for future events and recommend them to all our friends.

I am an event planner that hired Aurelio Reyes for a welcome party I was having for a wedding. First thing was that they had someone who spoke English enough that we could communicate with them without needing to speak Spanish. This was very helpful and not always the case with Mariachi. Plus when I messaged or called them, they responded quickly. They worked with me to get the number of musicians I wanted and the timing correct. They showed up early and were professional. Their music was great and they had a good amount of showmanship without being over the top which would have taken the focus away from my clients. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing Mariachi at an event.

Got this mariachi to surprise my mother for her birthday. It was exactly what I was expecting! They interacted with my mom to make her have a good time and even managed to make my mom cry happy tears! Would highly recommend them!

Aurelio Reyes and band agreed to do a :30 show with way less than 24 hour notice. I booked them at 10:00pm on a Saturday night and they showed up not only on time but early for a 5:00 surprise for a friend. They were super nice and fun. They actually needed up playing for a little longer than agreed, I think because we seemed to be having a lot of fun. It was a great way to end a weekend and I highly recommend them for parties, weddings, whatever.

Im stationed in Alaska and i made the reservations for my wife in California for Valentine's Day. They did such a terrific job, they made my wife laugh and there music was amazing definitely recommend them. I was able to see them also threw Facebook live.

This was for my grandmother's funeral so it definitely meant the world to me and my family.
In all honesty, it was pretty disappointing. The reason why we contracted this mariachi band was because of Aurelio and he didn't even show up. He said the people we saw on the videos were the exact people who were going to show up....well, he was in all the videos and he didn't show up. We had requested them to wear all white and they showed up dressed in black. We didn't want anyone to wear black. They felt bad so they ended up taking their charro jackets off so that was ok.

Anyway, I'm not trying to be mean or purposely giving a bad review I'm just saying our experience.

They were great, in the future if I need another mariachi I will definitely contact them again.

Great band, 3 men and 1 women, did a great job, everyone enjoyed it very much. It was a corporate event, so the songs they played was very nice, festive and enjoyable.

We just had this amazing mariachi for our wedding and I cannot express enough how much we loved them! Sr. Aurelio and his group showed up early ready to perform and played for the entire hour even allowing my mother (mother of the bride) to join in singing on her favorite songs and encouraging our group to yell out their requests. I cannot express enough how much fun we had!

I wasn't to sure at first because this is the first time I've used the internet to find mariachis.
We were happy with the outcome.
They arrived on time, actually started a little early.

Aurelio and his band were so fantastic, the whole crowd loved them. They were engaging with the audience, took suggestions, had amazing costumes, and the music was incredible. Communicating with the band before the event to figure out payment/logistics was also very easy, Sally was very accommodating and friendly :) Many people came up to me and told me I chose a great band and I have to agree.

Hired the "trio" mariachi for our parent's 65th anniversary party. They were a hit with our parents and guests. We had a few requests but we didn't know a lot of Spanish songs so they just played a very good collection of songs. It was the perfect touch to our party. Thank you.
