Lisa has participated as a panelist and moderator at several Georgia LEARNS conferences. Her original contribution was to help us understand and experience the power of "Yes and..." This has now become an important mindset that sustains our work. Lisa contains to be an integral part of the Community of Practice that we are building. She blends an effective combination of listening, thinking, communicating, empathizing and leading.
