Ava was not only very easy to work with, our attendees LOVED her. She has great energy and really understood how to read the crowd. I'm convinced there are no songs she won't sing. I feel like she even sang Friends in Low Places. I have actually booked her twice now and I highly recommend that you do too!

We wanted entertainment for a party gathering at our place. We found this young woman, Ava Suppelsa, who we learned is a songwriter for some big names and performs her stuff (and covers) as well! She was amazing. It actually kind of turned into a house concert of sorts because her voice and songs caught the -full- attention of our crowd. It was wonderful. She’s so gracious, fun, funny and has a beautiful voice. Would book her again for sure!

We hired Ava to play live music for the cocktail hour at our wedding, as well as our first dance song this past March in Nashville. Ava was so easy to work with in terms of mapping out a set list, coordinating day-of logistics, and finding a male accompanist to provide back-up acoustics/vocals. My husband and I missed most of cocktail hour because we were taking photos, but All of our guests raved about how much they loved Ava's music. Our first dance song was Late to the Party by Kacey Musgraves and Ava did such an amazing acoustic rendition of it. Overall, we thought Ava did a stellar job, and we're so happy to have had the chance to work with her!

I hired Ava to perform at a small music festival in Illinois this past summer. My interest in booking her came from seeing her perform several months earlier for a large group of Middle School students. At the festival, she played for a crowd of 300 (ages 20s thru mid- 50s) who were completely unfamiliar with her music. She won them over quickly with her incredible combination of melodic songwriting, lyrical talent, and polished stage presence. She has a winning personality, and her ease in front of a crowd is readily apparent. Despite her young age, she gigs multiple times per week, and it shows in the way she handles an audience. In the space of one 75-minute set, Ava made many new fans, new friends, and valuable musical connections with other performers at the fest who were also impressed with her talents. At the end of the fest, the first thing I did was to make sure I lined her up for next year. Ava has an air of confidence that makes her equally at ease in front of 100 teenage students, or a festival audience of baby boomers. A quick Google search will show you how many songwriting accolades she has earned. But she complements that by being a truly gifted performer, as well. You could not go wrong hiring Ava for any kind of gig!

Not only is Ava an amazingly talented singer and songwriter but she is a brilliant performer. For my event she found herself in front of a roomful of twenty five business women all at least twenty years older than Ava herself yet Ava made us feel like we could relate to her with her stories and her lyrics. ALL of my guests were moved by Ava's talent, personality, and presence. I have no hesitation in giving her five stars and can't wait for my next event to hire her again!!!

Born and raised in Chicago, she made the leap to Boston to study at Berklee College of Music until relocating at 19 to Nashville to pursue her career in songwriting. Her songs have been recorded by Keith Urban, John Paul White, Avery Anna, Jamie O’Neal, Ryan Griffin, Flatland Cavalry and more. Ryan Griffin’s breakout single “Salt, Lime and Tequila”, which was co-penned by Ava, went #1 on Sirius XM’s The Highway and reached the top 50 on Billboard.
