Welcome to B-Reel Consulting! I’m Brad, and I’m thrilled to share a bit of my journey with you. My story is one of perseverance, hard work, and genuine connections. With over 40 years of sales experience and 30 years in management, I’ve learned that true success isn’t just about numbers—it’s about the people you connect with along the way.

I wasn’t born into wealth. My parents struggled financially, and I started my sales career with nothing but determination and a willingness to learn. Early on, I made some bad choices that left me with nothing. I was sofa surfing with just one shirt, one pair of pants, and one tie. I washed and ironed them dry each night, determined to make a change. That grit and perseverance paid off; I became the number one salesperson in the store, then the top sales manager in the company. From there, I climbed the ranks to store manager, multi-store manager, and eventually, the general manager overseeing all sales for the entire company. I was responsible for 39 locations, 20 store managers, 65 sales managers, and 600 salespeople. By the end of that season in my life I was managing over 450 million dollars in retail sales.
