My name is Tom Crouch. I am a proud veteran of the U.S. Army, Retired Master Police Officer & founder of the Newport News Police Pipes & Drums. I've been President of the NNPP&D since its inception in 2003 and am excited to lead the organization into its second decade of Honoring the Fallen. I am available for hire personally for private events in VA & NC. I offer discounted rates to military, fire and law enforcement.

I am sorry for the inconvenience, but I am on a fourteen day quarantine. As soon as I saw that Bernie had finally confirmed, I contacted Gig Salad and within 8 hours they did the right thing and refunded Bernie his money.

The “Bagpiper in VA” sounded great and was able to easily add his talent to the event. There were a lot of other features to the experience, and he threaded the pipes into it nicely.
