Space: I need a dedicated area for the bar set up. Somewhere thats easily accesible for both me and geusts.
Table and Equipment: If you don’t have a bar setup, a sturdy table or counter will do. I’ll bring my own bartending tools, but having a flat surface for setup is essential.
Electricity: If your event requires any electric equipment (like blenders or ice machines), please ensure there’s access to power outlets. A nearby extension cord can be handy just in case.
Ice and Water: I’ll need a supply of ice and access to clean water for mixing drinks.
Beverage Supply: Please note that the customers are responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages and mixers. I’ll take care of the mixing and serving.
Glassware and Utensils: Please provide the glassware needed for the drinks being served.
Trash and Recycling: Set up a trash and recycling station nearby to keep the area clean and organized. I’ll handle waste management during the event.
