The Community event was great with a good turnout. Ballon King did a very good job taking care of everyone. Suggestion If working outside, he should plan on bringing he own table and chair or inform the client in advance of this being needed. WE were very please and will defiantly use Ballon King again.

When someone wants to hire me or get a quote, the first thing I do is check and double-check my availability.
If I am available for their timeslot, I ask what type of event or party they have and if they have any special requirements. Then I discuss pricing.
I am generally more affordable than most balloon twisters, but I also add on a Travel fee. As soon as you let me know the details of your party, I ask about the address and inform you of the total price.
If the event is more than a week out, I will send a reminder-text a few days in advance to give you peace of mind that I am still coming. And I also text you the morning of the event.
I ask for payment on the Day of the event, in person or through invoice, and if you would like to reserve my service for your timeslot, I will also discuss putting down a deposit so that I block out my calendar during your event. Even if I was offered a million dollars to do another party, if the timeslot is reserved, I am committed to you.
