Balloon Twister of Wichita

There are 3 Different levels of service we provide for balloon entertainment. You can expect these things to happen with each level of service.

Before I start:
Ideally I will arrive 15 mins prior to the start time of your event. You can help me by providing detailed information about parking and location of the event. If I arrive early and have time I usually wait 5 mins before my start time to appear.

I bring a pump for my balloons and over 20 different colors and balloon types. I do not normally sit when twisting balloons so no seating is required unless you would like to provide that for your guests.

When I get there:
There is basically not much set up required for Balloon Animals and Jumbo Balloon Art (wearable designs).
I simply need to know what location you would like me to perform the service.

If you order out party favor service you can expect me to set up 3 stations.
1- The Candy Cup Station, Kids get in line and fill a 12 oz. cup with around 5 pieces of Candy
2- Kids Place rainbow confetti inside the cup!
3- Kids Pick what design they want on top of their cup!
4- We take the list of names and pass out when the designs completed.

30 mins before my end time;

I assess the amount of children that are left and I will let you know the time frame.
From this point you have 2 options, you can purchase extra time(as possible) or we can adjust the balloon creations to faster designs upon your approval. This rarely happens but is something to be aware of.

It takes me less then 15 minutes to clean up and leave the event. Payment will be required at the time of arrival and no additional services will be performed until speaking with client.

When you hire me you don't just get a person showing up making balloons. You get someone who genuinely cares about the experience that the children have. I always try to go out of my way to provide exactly what kids want.

I don't nickel and dime as most entertainers do, my time frame is flexible and I always keep good communication to verify that your not paying for something you really don't want. I set realistic expectations for your guests and children.

I can diffuse bickering in a compassionate way and you will see that most kids actually like hanging around me and talking.

Before I leave or am about to end an event, I try to make sure that everyone has received something! I absolutely always try to avoid leaving kids behind empty handed or left out.

Any outdoor events that happen at night we will require lighting.

Outdoor events with weather under 50 degrees should provide a form of heat or sheltered area.

Entertainers hands are important and must be able to provide heat to avoid losing feeling.
