I reserved facepainting service from 4pm to 5pm, however I was never informed until I tried to reach out the vendor that they are running late. Bday party was from 3pm until 5:30pm. The painter called me at 4:30 that she is 20min away. Balloon World has never called me back or picked up my call, only the contracted painter. It’s not what you expect, very disappointing. The painter did a great job, however it doesn’t change the fact that she was late 55 minutes and some kids had already left the party. Look for some more reliable services. Until paying for the service - the customer service was awesome, after I paid - no contact, no call back.
