We cater to our clients and their guests. We create custom packages for every event personally priced to your budget. All of our Bartenders/Servers are certified in Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAMS), Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS), and/or ServeSafe.
In my opinion, the staff assigned to our event were very polite but inexperienced and lacked initiative. One of the reasons I hired a Bars and More was to enjoy my time with my family and guests. For the rates paid, staff having to be asked several times to walk the event asking guests of they needed anything, clear tables and refill drinks should not be required. Our assigned bartender was not experienced in basic cocktail recipes and several guys commented on the imbalances on the liquor to mix for even simple highball cocktails. The wait staff would not actively engage with the guests or offer assistance.

We did send out staff that's been with Bars And More for over 2 years and also have had several 5 star reviews.. I did talk with my staff in was informed that you wanted the waitstaff to serve drinks from the bar unfortunately they are not cocktail servers and the young ladies wasn't of age to provide that kind of service. I know there was a lot of things you wanted us to do that was against Bars And More Policy as one of the manager talk with you day of service.

We hired Bars & More for our wedding in Manhattan. They were communicative, followed through with getting City of Manhattan approval, and gave our guests excellent service. I highly recommend them!
Everything was fantastic and I was very happy with the service. We had a reception in a small town and with over 200 people in attendance. The two bartenders rocked everything and were fantastic with everyone. The elephant in the room was this being a reception in a VERY small town, and the crowd was a mix of cosmopolitan professionals and stereotypical "hicks," and again the bartenders rocked with everyone and it was an extreme blast. This was important to me, as I'm from said small town, and I was a little worried about our crowd getting rowdy. None of that worry was warranted, and I felt the bartenders were worth every penny. Highly recommended.

AWESOME SERVICE! Even though I had to book on a short notice, the service was amazing. I booked the waitstaff for our dinner party. They showed up on time and went above and beyond for our guests and the event. I would definitely book again! Thank you for saving the day!!
She came unprepared. Did not stay the agreed duration. She left without even confirming with me. Let a big mess for host to clean up. I will not recommend them for anyone. She did not bring a wine opener and left with mine.

We are very sorry that you felt we didn't deliver to you our 5 star service as we give to all our clients. I talked with my bartender and also video chatted with her before she left the party. She showed me the area she was working in which was completely clean and her wine opener broke at the party which is why she didn't have one available. She departed because your wife said she was good to go, including letting her know that she did a great job by working completely in the dark with no lights but on her cell phone. The bartender didn’t know how to tap kegs or what an IPA was. I understand beer may have not been in her wheelhouse but the biggest issue was the baby shower was for my Married Very Pregnant daughter and she hit on my daughter and gave her phone number “in case it didn’t work out” I’ve been hesitant to write a review because of that but I think this could be feedback that may help her professionalism get better.
They were very sweet girls and hard workers. They arrived 15 mins before the event started, which I wish they had gotten there sooner.
They didn’t do the cleaning of trash from the tables which was suppose to be included. I did have to say three times that she needed to pour the drinks and not have people serve themselves and just stand there.
I’m not sure I would hire them again but if you hire them I’d have them show up an hour early to get them up and running sooner, also print out detailed instructions for them so they can set themselves up and you can lose your mind doing other things.
Again sweet ladies but the hitting on the person whom the event is for just keeps nagging me.

These ladies did phenomenal at my wedding. They were above and beyond with their service, very punctual, and so much fun. They even drove over 2 hours to get to my wedding location. Their service is extremely affordable but don’t forget to tip your bartender! Thanks ladies so much

Mona Lisa and Finesse did a phenomenal job serving drinks at our wedding. We gave them a tough job transitioning between 2 bars but they pulled it off without a hitch.
