Our fully trained Bar Backs are trained to maintain suppys for the bartender to do their job. They maintain a clean bar, restock the bar, and keep up on the excess trash. They assist with serving guests at the bar. They are professional, courteous and friendly.
FOOD HANDLERS, TIPS & ALCOHOL LICENSE CERTIFICATIONS
This certification gives individuals the knowledge and confidence they need to recognize potential alcohol related problems and intervene to prevent alcohol-related tragedies. All of my bartenders and bar back are TIPS Certified as well.

20 years ago I was cocktail waitressing in a night club and was interested in bartending. I watched the bartender make the drinks I ordered and learned how to pour and my manager put to work as a bartender in banquets. Throughout the years working in restaurants, dive bars, venue bars, cruise ships and casinos became a mixologist. It also gave me the knowledge of knowing what people want and expect from a good bartender. Coming up with new craft Cocktails is something I enjoy and am great at!
