Rick was amazing! He pulled up in a pink caddy. He started singing and surprised the guest of honor and a backyard full of guests. It was a surprise performance for my clients husband. He teared up! He was the perfect balance of singing like him and incorporating some dance moves but without going overboard. I would book him again. Rick Torres, Bay Area's #1 Elvis Impersonator, traveled from the Bay Area to Folsom to perform at my mom’s 70th b-day party. Rick was extremely reliable, was in constant communication with me leading up to the event, and I was confident that it would all go off without a hitch, which it did. My mom grew up to Elvis tunes and loved The King. Rick Torres did an AWESOME job and everyone at the party loved it!! We’ll all be talking about it for years to come. Great memories were made.

There is something magical about this guy. Actually, from what I know of him, there is everything magical about him. I wanted to do something extra special for my son's 1st birthday party - he'd shown a real liking to guitars, music, bananas, cool hair, and Elvis.

I contacted Rick, and immediately felt star-struck - over the phone! I felt transported back in time, and actually felt as though I were talk to Elvis himself!!!!!! I had to seriously check myself a few times, because from everything I've seen, heard and read about Elvis, this guy seemed like the real deal. He was so kind, sweet, easy to talk to, and built up just the kind of excitement that I wanted to feel on my son's special day. Rick's performance was one of the first arrangements I made, and it was so so SO much fun to plan after having spoken with him on the phone. I could not wait for his show!!!!!!

I sent emails back and forth to Rick regarding costume, song choice, location and any concerns we had (music regulations in a park, etc.) He was responsive every time, in a very timely manner, answered all of my questions, and I felt like he was truly excited to perform for us.

On the special day, I actually had butterflies in my stomach when his manager said he had arrived - I felt like I was going to meet ELVIS PRESLEY! He walked out of his pink Cadillac, and I think everyone's jaws just dropped. I could literally feel a sense of awe come over the whole party. Everyone ran up to him and he took pictures with everyone - so graciously - and sang during pictures, said sweet things - just like Elvis (if this was not actually Elvis himself)!

When the performance began, everyone was looking around like where is this humongous concert sound coming from ?!!! (People even came up to us afterwards and said this). Somehow this Magic Elvis put on an entire concert on a small patch of sand and made us all feel that we were in Hawaii!!!!!! At the beach!!!!! He even put in a few special words to dedicate the song to my son.

I seriously have tears in my eyes writing this, I was so moved by his presence. My dad, a very seasoned judge of character, could not get over how genuine a man we had all just met. We were all so honored to be in his presence.

Rick Torres performed as Elvis effortlessly. He was on time, charming, sexy, handsome, funny, professional, sang beautifully. He not only sang Happy Birthday, but acknowledged a retirement, a college graduation and an Air Force enlistment. He is by far the best Elvis entertainer in several areas; voice, personality, sense of humor, looks, hair, outfits, jewelry and sheer professionalism. Superb!

Rick was amazing to work with! Responsive and very accommodating. He was on time (actually early)... Everyone from the event raved about him and Rick (ELVIS) was definitely the hit of the evening! Elvis (Rick) was amazing! I could not attend a bachelorette party for a good friend of mine and wanted to send something really special.He did an incredible job!!! Not only did I get an ecstatic call right after he left from the bride to be, but also got follow up multiple calls from all who were there and many more in following days! My favorite was from the bride to be who said " I have just been breaking out in excited giggles, at random times for days now after Elvis arrived! Thank you SO much!" He was SO easy to work with on all aspects of the event!! And everyone was thrilled at his performance!!! I will definitely be using him again! Rick is the best!

We call Rick “our Elvis” now because that’s how special he made us feel. From the first email and call, he made everything simple and personal. I felt so confident with Rick from the beginning; it was one element of our party that I didn’t worry about. He takes care of everything for you. Even when I had a late change, Rick was willing to do whatever it took to make everything work. My family was surprised and thrilled when Elvis came in and started singing. Some people cried! Elvis drew a crowd at our venue, so was able to entertain a lot of people, while concentrating on the guest of honor. You know how Rick sounds great on his Website? He sounds even better in person. Hi Rick, I just have to tell you that you totally made my Aunts 90th Birthday one of a lifetime. We took her out Monday for dinner and she wore her sunglasses and scarf. She actually has worn it everyday and she goes out to lunch everyday. She even will put the sunglasses on while watching TV. She told my other Aunt that I had you flown in from Vegas.

I am writing this review not because I have been asked by Rick Torres aka ELVIS, but because I was more than pleased with his performance as Elvis for my boyfriends 49th birthday and his total overall professionalism.

I just had happened to Google and see a few different Elvis's that I could hire for an event. I came across one that stood out from the rest! I sent an email out that somehow went to three different impersonators??? I spoke to one over the phone and being short on time for the event I just hired on the spot. Within a few min of that conversation with a different Elvis impersonator I received a call back from Bay Area #1 Elvis Tribute Artist Rick Torres.

After talking to Rick and hearing the love and excitement he had for Elvis (as my boyfriend shares the same sentiments) made me change my plans and go with him...and boy I was not let down! Rick was and is the REAL DEAL! He was professional as is his website! He really loves truly loves what he does and it shows through his work!

Rick has the look down right down to all his suits which are all made by the same people who made the Kings (BK Enterprises). He also has some of Elvis's Jewelry designed for him. Right down to Elvis's Pink Cadillac. Rick's ability to echo and capture the essence of Elvis was just as impressive! He had all the moves and vocals down! His energy was amazing!

Since hiring Rick we have seen two other impersonators at some other local events and hands down Rick had the best overall presentation! If you want to have an event or hire him for a birthday, wedding, festival, or whatever, than I would recommend Rick Torres! You will NOT be disappointed! He is local, has his very own special designed sound system, and his prices are competitive!

We hired Rick to do a surprise singing telegram (Elvis Quickie) at our company holiday party. He rolled up in his white Thunderbird convertible in full costume and character and speedily got his sound system ready (really, it's ready in 30 seconds!). Our guests were all dramatically entertained as Rick opened his performance with "All Shook Up", followed by a couple of Christmas songs before he closed with “Blue Suede Shoes”. The smiles on everyone's faces were priceless, especially considering our audience of corporate financial professionals. Rick stole the show with his Elvis poses and truly great singing voice while charming just about everyone at our event.

Our company was "buzzing" after he left and he will be remembered for a very long time. "Thank you, Thank you very much, Rick!"

I hired Rick for my boyfriend's 31st Birthday. Rick was amazing from the moment I contacted him. He walked me through all the options available to me and we came to a decision. He was great about coordinating every detail and really listened to me and what I wanted accomplished. On to the night of the event: All I can say is he IS Elvis! From the moment he walked into the restaurant to surprise my boyfriend he was ON FIRE! He took us for a ride in his pink Cadillac up and down Santana Row and sang all our favorite Elvis songs! At the end of the ride he dropped us off in front of our hotel and there was quite a crowd watching! Rick totally got the crowd into singing Happy Birthday and posed for pictures. The glasses and scarves as a souvenir were the icing on the cake. The rest of this night out on the Row, people kept asking us if we were the ones with Elvis. My boyfriend was proud to confirm it was him riding with Elvis. I have never seen him with a bigger smile on his face. Mission accomplished! It was an epic night! The next day Rick checked in to make sure we had a good time, complimented us as a couple and reminded us he was also an ordained minister! We will keep that in mind Rick. :) But seriously, Rick is a true professional. Highly highly recommended!

Completely accessible, completely professional and completely ELVIS!!! Rick accommodated special pre-party requests concerning his performance, coordinated his music with our DJ, confirmed all details just prior to our event, his show was family friendly and his pink Cadillac was a big hit. I spent over $8,000 on the party but his performance fee was by far the best spent investment of the night. He brought laughter, dance and good vibrations to the party. HIRE THIS MAN!!!

Rick is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough about him and his services. To begin with, his website is so informative and extremely easy to use. Rick Torres was FANTASTIC ! The event was for our disabled daughters 20th birthday party. If I could could give him 1000 stars I would. He looked and sounded great. He was very sweet and gentle with my daughter. She is in a wheelchair and he got down on his knees and sang to her looking straight into her eyes. I couldn't hold back the tears as I saw how happy he made her. He interacted with the large party and made everyone feel included. After the show, he stayed and took pictures with everyone. He also gave a little history on his suit and jewelry which was a very nice touch. I HIGHLY recommend Rick Torres and look forward to booking him more in the future.

It was an honor to have you celebrate her 20th birthday with us, I had tears in my eyes watching you kneel in front of her and sing to her making her feel like the little princess that she is. You truly made our little girl very, very happy.

WOW! We were so impressed! First it started with his wonderful website all the choices and layout to choose from, I even had another Elvis try to get us to go with him but I felt Rick Torres was professional! He confirmed all the details for our event, and did a Wedding Anniversary dedication! All our customers loved his performance and how he moved around! It is obvious that he is passionate about his performance and strives to go beyond expectations by "bringing so many of my guest back in time!" Rick exceeded my expectations. The party would not have been nearly as fun without his performance. He was very accomadating- taking photos with all of the guests. I would highly recommend him to anyone hoping to make their party one that guests will continue to talk about.

I tasked Rick with the very difficult mission of crashing into a busy restaurant that my wife manages in the middle of the busiest hours of dinner and surprise her with four songs to commemorate our first wedding anniversary. Rick handled all of the uncertainties of how this would all play out like the absolute entertainment professional that he is. Not only did he make my wife feel like she was the center of the universe, but Rick worked the entire crowd of the restaurant giving them all the show of a lifetime. After his performance, every single table lined up to have a picture with the King. His performance of the Hawaiian Wedding Song from Blue Hawaii (the song my wife and I danced to at our wedding) was a beautiful rendition... time froze and we danced again. Rick performed for my daughters graduation/18th birthday party and he was very professional and spontaneous. His performance was excellent. Everyone loved him from little kids, teenagers to adults. He was great and very accommodating to all requests. All my guests were very impressed wirh his performance. What made it even more special was his surprise arrival along with Marilyn Monroe as the guests had no idea he was performing. All they knew was that there was surprise entertainment. . We brought in Elvis (aka, Rick Torres), for the 15 Year Anniversary celebration for the Redwood City Library Foundation at Sparky's Hot Rod Garage. It was so much fun having him sing for our guests. He did a wonderful job engaging the men and women, and his voice is just INCREDIBLE. My birthday party for an 80 year old began with my theme of music throughout his years. I hired a pianist to play music from the 30s and 40s, then after dinner Elvis sang. I hired a Marilyn Monroe impersonator for the 60s to sing the iconic Happy Birthday. I had written to the White House to send Birthday Greetings and asked Elvis to present it to the birthday boy and thank him for his service to our country. The letter didn't come until 2 hours!!! before Elvis sang. He handed the birthday boy his letter and sang America and Danny Boy. There wasn't a dry eye in the place. Elvis was the best, most accommodating & talented person I could have asked for!

Rick was very personable and took the time to make everyone feel special durring his performance:-) He is a true master at performing as Elvis and is knowledgable about the history of Elvis as well. I can see how he is ranked the #1 Elvis Impersonator! Thank You Elvis!

He sure knows how to shake it! I Margaret was so happy on the best birthday show that Rick had for me on my (60th) , My family and I were so excited with the very best ELVIS Impersonator, he made everybody want to get up and dance with him. He had such a warm heart when he connected with me to set our date for the main event. Number one in my book, I can hardly wait for my next event to have Rick complete another wonderful show for us. He sure made me fell like being twenty-one again, thank you Rick.

Rick and King Creole Entertainment nailed it on our surprise 50th birthday party for our Dad.

From the initial contact through the website and then on the phone Rick was very easy to work with. Our set time was 8:30 pm on a Friday night, I called him a few hours before and asked him to push it back by 15 minutes and without a hitch he was able to accommodate.

Once inside the building as he said he comes in rocking, music starts to roll and before you know it there he was entertaining our surprised guest of about 50 people. He was extremely great with the kids as well, we had about 5 kids at our party and he gave them special attention.

At one point a little girl went up to him during song requests and asked him to sing Lilo and Stitch and again without a hitch (no pun intended) he made up a song that sounded quite well and was entertaining!

After his approx. 45 minute performance he invited the guest out to take pictures and check out the pink Cadillac he drives to the events he performs at. He even opened the trunk and gave a few of the kids some 24k plastic gold Elvis glasses.

He really entertained our party and I would recommend him to all of my friends and anybody looking to add the extra sauce to your party.

Rick was amazing. He put on a show that our family and friends will be talking about for years to come. He was able to transport my mom back in time and allow her to see Elvis the way she remembered him. From the time that I booked Rick he kept in contact with me and made the appearance so easy. He brought everything that he needed to perform, and perform he did. Rick made my mom feel so special, but also involved all of our guests. After his performance he shared his love of Elvis with the guests and explained his costume so there where no awkward moments. Not only does Rick Torres look like Elvis, but he is obviously a huge fan of Elvis! He has been so careful in his selection of clothing, rings, car. Everything has so much meaning to him. It's obvious he wants to 'honor" Elvis. I am so glad I hired him for our party. He made the party! He included everyone, not only the birthday girl. I can not recommend him more highly for your next event. I will tell everyone how professional and how much fun he was!!

I was so amazed. Rick was recommended to me by my daughter from several years back where he had given her a Cadi ride for her 21st birthday. She couldn't stop talking about it. This is the 2nd time I've booked Rick for my center of frail, elderly and disabled adults. The last time was several years ago and they literally have talked about him ever since! For our Sons In Retirement dinner party in the Villages, Rick was a real hit. Initially he started off with a meet-and-greet, where he circled the room 3 times (110 people) making sure he talked and acted like Elvis with everyone. It was a lot of fun and he really charmed the ladies. There has never been as much laughter in any of our meetings. Then Rick sang 10 selected songs, and he was very good. Many people sang with him. This was followed with photos with all guests who wanted it, and he handed out autographed post cards of him. It's clear to me he really likes people and they felt that very much. I admire his talent and his love of music is felt with his presence. My parents were surprised to have him at their wedding anniversary celebration. From the start Rick was personable, professional, & truely very easy to work with. I hired him for my wedding to surprise my father who is a HUGE elvis fan. I asked Rick to sing our father/daughter dance (behind a curtain)& present himself when the song was 3/4ths done to surprise my dad AND immediately after sing 2 songs with my dad! I was hesitant on asking this bc I didn't know how he would take sing beind a curtain & then having him & my dad sing together...feeling like we were stepping on his toes. Wow! What a performance Rick provided for my Moms 75th Birthday last Saturday. He was so professional and WE All felt that Elvis was in the house! After "Elvis" surpised my husband on his 75th birthday we now have an "Elvis" tribute on the window sill in our dining room showcasing the Elvis glasses, postcard, and party pictures draped with a Burning Love scarf inscribed "Happy Birthday Jim" and signed Elvis Presley. And he's chiseling into the concrete patio floor "Elvis was here" where Elvis sang to him & gathered guests. One who is soon to turn 94 said it was the best party he had ever attended. What do you give a 75 year old who has it all? A flash from her youth, Elvis! I've seen Rick perform at another birthday party and was so impressed that we sought him out for my mother's 75th birthday. Elvis Rick Torres is a true professional from start to finish. He answers phone calls and emails immediately and he has a comprehensive website which makes costume and song choices very easy. Yes, you get to pick the costume he will wear and the songs he will sing. Rick is very good at what he does and it is apparent that he has been doing it for a long time, his performance was realistic and very entertaining. Rick brings pure joy to a gathering. I first saw him preform at a friends retirement at a Chevys. I then retained him for my brother-in-laws 80th birthday at Stinson Beach. the gigs were quite different. Rick sizes up the dynamics and adapts. He is so professional and so talented. Elvis Rick Torres Presley was the surprise treat for our guests at an intimate wedding of less than 20 people. He drove hours out of his way to come to a piece of land where we were and last-minute cordially altered his arrival time to match our delayed schedule. He was friendly with all the guests and welcomed photos, autographs and entertained as I imagine Elvis would have, with soul and fire! He was gracious enough to drive us (the wedding couple) down memory lane as he took us back to my grandmother's home. I've never felt the spirit of Elvis, in a real life setting, come so alive than with DJ Rick. With DJ it's like Elvis never left. He puts the Elvis back into Elvis. We had young dancers from San Francisco in our audiance and they were having a ball - fainting and dancing all around and over and under DJ Rick aka Elvis. Courtside Cottages of Vacaville was so happy to have Rick return once again to our annual car show and BBQ for our residents and their families. Wow! Rick by far exceeded my expectations! All 25 guest at the party loved him! Rick gave us his all....the whole Elvis experience...we were all transported to another time and enjoyed every song and every minute of it. Rick sang, danced and mingled with the crowd...always in character...we couldn't have ask for anything more. The entire family is still talking about him this morning and so are all the guest that were at the party. He was the highlight of our day! Loved him! ELVIS - you were the hit of the party. FREAKIN Awesome is all I can say. My husband's 40th will be talked about for a long long time! My house was transformed into a Las Vegas casino in less than 4 hours complete with gambling tables, cocktail waitresses, and Vegas showgirls, but it would not have been complete without ELVIS and your fabulous performance along with the ride in the pink cadillac.
I hope we weren't too much for you, but we all took the opportunity to party without our children and let our hair down and have FUN!!

Great performer. Uncanny as Elvis. Great interaction with audience. Arrived fully prepared with self-contained sound system. Client gets to choose which songs and costume he will wear. The costumes are very authentic replicas of those actually worn by Elvis. His spot-on performance made many ladies in the audience swoon.

Absolutely awesome. Rick was a true entertainer. He really made contact with the guests. After the party, everyone commented on how personable he was and how entertained they were with his show. From a planner's perspective, Rick was very agreeable with everything we had asked for and was willing to go the extra mile. He was very punctual and appeared EXACTLY at the time he said he was going to appear.

Rick is the BEST-definitely added that "WOW" factor to 2 events: a surprise 50th bday for a teacher at a school fundraiser (Mar'10) & at my in-laws' 50th wedding anniversary (Jul'10). Loved how he renewed their wedding vows in Elvis-Vegas style. Everything on the website0 videos, audio clips, Elvis outfits, cool pink Cadillac, picture-taking w/guests was nothing short but first rate. His staff was awesome. We had a great time, his performances were awesome, and our guests thoroughly enjoyed him.

Rick is truly the best Elvis Impersonator any of us has ever seen! He performed for our parents’ 50th Anniversary Party, and he worked the entire crowd with his impressive voice and awesome dancing throughout the show. Rick was nothing short of fabulous at our grammar school's 50's family sock hop dance -- he charmed the kids and put on an incredible performance that took us all back in time. He makes you feel that Elvis does live on!

Elvis came to family 50's night for Vannoy Elementary School. The girls had a blast and were screaming over him. My 10 yr old daughter was thrilled when she got a scarf he was wearing (as were other girls/boys that got one). My 7 year old daughter didn't want to go, said she didn't like Elvis, but by the end of the night she was a fan. Lots of fun and great entertainment.

Absolutely terrific! Our Vannoy Elementary School Parent Club hired Rick Torres to do an Elvis Show and DJ a School Family Dance. Everyone had so much fun! Funny to see all the kids screaming with excitement...we all LOVED the show!

Rick did a great job entertaining and making sure everyone (3 generations of folks) had a great time. Our event was family oriented and his performance fit the situation perfectly!

Elvis put together an amazing performance for my kids' elementary school 50's Dance Party. The kids loved his personal interaction with them, and the adults loved his montage of Elvis songs. His costume, set, props & stage lighting was awesome... A high-energy show that did not disappoint! Plus he made sure everyone who wanted a picture with Elvis after the show got one. A true professional. My family would love to see the show again!

It doesn't get any better than this! Our School hired Rick Torres to perform an Elvis Tribute, as well as, DJ a 50's themed dance! He rocked! He arrived early, was 110% professional and prepared, gave us an above and beyond performance, and had a great "can do" attitude. He LOVES what he does and it shows! Rick was an excellent performer. He performed for my Mom's 75th birthday. She loved him. She said he was better than any Elvis impersonator she ever saw in Las Vegas. He sounded alot like the real Elvis. She said it was the best birthday she ever had. He picked her up from a restaurant in a pink cadillac and drove her home, singing all the way and then began the show after arriving at her house. He was awesome and we will definitely hire him again.

Rick went to my friend's 3rd grade classroom to sing her a Happy Birthday. He was great! The kids LOVED him and it was a wonderful surprise that left her "all shook up". He kissed one little girl's hand and after he left, he told my friend that she wouldn't wash that hand again!

I called Rick with 1 days notice after hearing about his fantastic performance in Visalia from a mutual friend who attended the performance. Rick has got to be the best Elvis I have ever seen!! He also, helped me pick the suit, songs, scarf color, and illustration for the scarf. You can see by the Elvis Quickie service which is the minimum performance offered, that he takes alot into consideration to creating a special experience for you. You really can feel that Elvis show concert feeling! I can only imagine what a tribute show through them would feel like. We are actually considering it for a family reunion next year.

Elvis Impersonator Rick Torres performed our wedding ceremony and a few songs and it was the highlight or the vevening, and is the subject most perople who went to our wedding talk about. Hey the guy is phenomenal! He just single handed made our party. We would have him at any event we could just to hang out with him. He is a super cool guy and a great entertainer. The best Elvis Impersonator I have seen. I have seen a few here in my area, and they shy in comparison.

There is so many favorable testimonials on his site now but Im sure there is room for more. He was worth every penny, so worth it we felt the need to give him a little more when he left. Bay Area’s #1 Elvis Rick Torres was very accommodating, and a Very Very Very Talented Gentleman. He was a last minute idea for a birthday/Christmas gift, and we still talk about it at dinner or when we hear an Elvis song or see an Elvis movie. If I had a choice between any Elvis Impersonator in the bay area or beyond, I would pick Rick Torres without question.

I wanted Rick come to a birthday party for myself and two friends. He has strict instructions that he did not know anybody but was in complete costume, and just happen to be in this bar. No singing other than a few notes without music. He said he was staying in the hotel and just came from a show. It was a private party so he asked if it was ok if he could stay or is there another place to have a drink close by, and was gesturing like he was leaving. That was the clincher. Everyone welcomed him bought him a few drinks and he left buzzed! His assist drove him home. Rick your the coolest!

The decision was made at short notice, We almost went with another Elvis entertainer, but we were so pleased that Rick Torres was able to free up the time to perform at our Vegas Homecoming. Many of the Kids took pictures with him and were impressed with the performance. To all who met him He was Elvis! From all the options seen we were really hoping he was available.

Rick Torres has a very nice looking hum hum in those 68 leather jeans!!! LOL! Had to say that again! Fantastic performance, and just like the King. We will definitely have him back next year. Our residents enjoyed the whole performance, from his suit to songs, energy and was very friendly with everyone. Our residents who received the scarves from him were so happy! There were many smiles for sure. He did a great job...loved his sound! We would love to hire him again for future events. Thanks again.

All My Sis kept talking about is how The best Elvis in the Bay Rick Torres sang to her, kissed her, flirted with her, etc. What a ridiculously good time!! It is my pleasure to send this testimonial! I was so nervous how this would play out. I wanted it to be so special, and Rick did a incredible job of seeping it very top secret. He is just nothing short of the best I have ever seen. He has it on any of the Elvis I look at on this site. We will be watching him on CBS on Feb. 12th at 7pm to watch him do his stuff again!! Take care Rick. I hired Rick/Elvis to pretend he was just one of the guest at my Halloween party. People were just drawn to him even though he was just one of the guest as far as they knew. He was totally in character! I was laughing as they looked him over and wondered where the heck did he rent that incredible Elvis Suit! The scene was just classic! All of a sudden his assistant pushes the high powered sound system and the show begins! He just blows the roof off! Quite a few people afterward said he was so realistic looking the just kept wanting to stand next to him and look at him. It was a real cool idea.
