I am Henri (pronounced Ahn-REE) Abrams, self-taught Grill Master, former professional basketball player, entrepreneur, and proud husband and father. I discovered my love for the culinary arts at the age of 22 after graduating college and having the responsibility of preparing my own meals.
As I explored different cooking styles, I discovered my niche in barbecued foods. I began barbecuing for family and friends regularly and after countless rave reviews and unrelenting urging, established my own company in 2003, ABRAMS BBQ & Catering.
