I am passionate about assisting you to become free of the conditions that create mental and emotional discomfort, and stress in your business and personal life. I show you how to feel the aliveness available after releasing tension and pain in your body. Actually, my passion is to assist you to become more of You!

Through my body-centered BEAM LiFE Core Coaching program I teach you how to get to Your Core and truly get relief from your challenges. With simple and gentle tools I shows you how to connect with your own energy, and recognize your strengths and innate powers to become Your Authentic Self. My part is often to be the Change Agent and Supporter to your Success.

I specialize in a Body-Centered approach to Recovery and Wellness, because I believe that true healing includes the whole person, the BodyMind. I offer a safe place in my office for you to find relief from anger, anxiety, stress, obsessive and impulsive behaviors and thought patterns. You learn how to release internal blocks and how to move beyond your limitations.

In a secure and supportive environment you can reach into yourself and release the blocks that hold you back. When you learn the simple tools to work through your blocks you will find your own way through your internal landscape. You will become skilled in how to Self-Regulate, choose responsive vs. reactive behavior, and stay Grounded, Centered, and Balanced.
