Overview
I am a queer, trans comic who runs several shows in Toronto. I was on the JFL New Faces Showcase in 2019, and have been doing comedy for about eight years. My brand of comedy focuses on storytelling, absurdity, and wholesome vibes. I have a car and am happy to travel, and get booked for comedy events, corporate events, and workshops often because I have a strict no racism, homophobia, transphobia, ableist standard for myself and the acts I book.

I recently saw Bee perform, and I was seriously impressed. What I loved most about his comedy is how natural and sincere he is. It doesn’t feel like he's trying too hard or relying on gimmicks—he’s just a guy sharing his thoughts and observations, and it’s hilarious. His delivery is super smooth, with perfect timing, but it never feels like he’s just following a script.

Response from Bee Bertrand Comedy:
This is a killer review that has made me feel so nice and validated. Thank you so much!
Bee is hilarious! Went with a group to a show and did not leave disappointed. His jokes are wholesome and his bits about wasting scammers time are so funny! Can’t wait to go and see him perform again.

About
Bee Bertrand is a Toronto based comic who was selected as one of the 2019 New Faces at Just for Laughs Montreal. Bee co- hosted/co- produced Gender Outlaws with Alice Rose, and has opened for River Butcher and Sean Cullen.
He produces Wholesome, a special showcase of Bee's favourite comics in the city, Don't Tell Mom, a comedy show/ throwback dance party with his DJ brother, and Insufferable, a monthly showcase of Canada's best comics performing while Bee cohosts absurd trivia that doesn't matter to win junk prizes from Bee's house.
When Bee isn't performing standup, he puts together workshops for queer and trans youth called Kindness Clinics, where he uses comedy and storytelling to make kids feel seen and supported.
