Levi was exactly who I was looking for and more. I was skeptical about finding a bartender online from across the country, but I lucked out and would recommend him to anyone who wanted someone who showed up early, had an entire, clean, fantastic bar set up - no stone unturned in his "kit" - and even had an extra tablecloth I could use when my linen rental forgot to include it. He just thought of everything and it allowed me to just be concerned with visiting with guests and not thinking twice about how smoothly the bar was being run.
