What to Expect
The audience will hear an uplifting and engaging story on why I became a monk in New York City and why I'm no longer a monk. They will learn, through my story, how to deal with changes and to treat those changes as stepping stones for growth.
Audience will also learn how to "close the apps" in their minds so they can have more clarity and focus in their thought process and ultimately be more productive.
In additional to lots of practical tips on creating a healthy workplace culture, they will learn practical, relevant and secular mindfulness practices that can be used during the workday to get recentered, grounded and alert.
