I am creative and talented. I am fully devoted to my clients and do not work typical business hours. My time is your time. I work with a sense of urgency that is difficult to find today and my eye for detail and design sets me far apart from my competitors.

Event planning goes hand in hand with my well-established passion for food, wine and everything that is a celebration. For a number of years I combined event planning and catering, although that was rewarding what I enjoyed most was the planning and client interaction.

I have put together both individual and corporate events for a wide variety of clients. I enjoy the pace and excitement of organizing events and outings from holiday celebrations to product launches.

Because I am a Personal Chef and have written a cookbook, I have a unique set of skills which set me apart from most of my competitors. It starts with a special eye for detail, an appreciation for my clients needs and a commitment to perfection when it comes to any event.

I am often asked why I don't still cater for the events and parties I organize? The answer is simple, when I am dedicated to something, I give it everything I have. When I am in the kitchen testing recipes I am completely focused on that. I devote all my attention to whatever task is at hand, which means you get the best service.

I do however, have a chef that will make my recipes for your event! This is a unique opportunity to impress your guests and serve a menu which no other chef, catering company or event planner will offer.

I am local to the Charlotte area, but have traveled many times for the needs of my clients.
