Bella Toscana Party Services

Hired them for an event on 8/26/23. I didn’t receive a call ..they were supposed to arrive at 4 pm. I looked on the app and she sent me a message saying the girls were in an accident. This should have been relayed through a simple call. Hope all is well but I certainly was not happy to say the least. There was no back up plan and my event was ruined. I had to serve my guest in my white outfit.

Nina and her staff were the talk of the party. They were on time, neatly dressed and extremely organized. They were polite and very personable , everyone of them had a smile throughout the event. I did not have to oversee anything they took control from beginning to end. Food and drinks were professionally served. When the party was over you would have never known there were 100 people there. They cleaned up everything. If you want to have a no stress party use Bella Toscana for your event. My quests were very impressed with this staff and so was I !!!

I have hired staff in the past for events at my home, Bella Toscana was one of the best. I plan on hiring them for my next event.

Our bartender was so personable polite and nice but….he didn’t know how to make any cocktails! Had to look everything up and put a vodka tonic in a shaker - he managed but it was slow! He gets the star for being a really nice guy and trying so hard!

Nina and her team were so wonderful during the night of our wedding. My husband and I were all over the place that night but all our families and friends made sure to tell us that Nina and her staff were amazing. We ran into a few issues like not having enough drinks and Nina personally went out to buy it herself during the wedding so we don't run short. Everyone was raving about their service and I couldn't be happier we chose to go with Bella Toscana. I highly highly recommend booking with them for any of your future events. We were more than happy with the service provided by Bella Toscana. As the night progressed, Linda and Stephanie made sure everything went smoothly on their part as well as providing suggestions as the end neared regarding breaking down the bar before our assigned deadline. No doubt if similar services are ever needed again I would definitely reach out to Bella Toscana!

Three ladies did a great job. Did as instructed/ desired but worked independently and improvised as needed without need to micromanage so I could enjoy the day. Highly recommend.

Service was great

So Linda was 5 five stars, she made great drinks and everyone loved her! She’s awesome. However the communication prior with Nina was horrendous. I struggle with giving 3/4 stars but Linda saved the day & was very helpful. Planning a party is stressful enough and then worrying if you are going to have a bartender or not because lack of communication is intense... we almost got another one even after paying Nina because of the utter lack of communication from Nina the weeks and days before the event. We didn’t even know if we were still on the radar. The wrong contract was sent every time as well with the wrong date which also worried us even upon her correcting it after we mentioned it. Thankfully it worked out but it was a surprise it did honestly.

Booked help through Gig Salad and was sent 2 fabulous staff from Bella Toscana Party Services. The ladies worked hard and did what was asked of them. These ladies took over the kitchen and did a fabulous job so that my husband and I could enjoy our guests. I would use their services again when I need it.

Our bartenders were great, we had the best time for our event. They were great with our guests. Drinks were all fabulous.

I requested 2 servers for 4 hours total for a party of 50+. They arrived on time and were ready to work. After showing them the layout and providing them with instructions for preparing and passing appetizers they worked very independently and consistently. They did a great job cleaning up afterward. I was able to enjoy my own party and grateful for the help.

The servers were timely and very friendly. All I did was show them what my needs were and I did not have to worry about anything! They were amazing!!! I will use them again and My guests all wanted to know where I hired them from. They were very impressed
