The community really enjoyed the event! They sang, danced and all in all had a great time. The service was exceptional. Arrived early for set up, stayed on top of the songs the individuals wanted to sing to. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you for such a fun experience!!

We utilized Bello Entertainment for my wife’s 40th bdsy for DJ , Karaoke , and a Photo Booth. The customer service was amazing. Extremely responsive and priced beyond fair! They showed up early to ensure everything was set up on time and they played great music that fit well with our requests. I definitely recommend using them!!!

From the start, she was very communicative and made sure to tailor a wedding package that met all of our needs. She even offered to develop a custom wedding entrance song for my wife and I which was absolutely beautiful. From all the wedding vendors dealt with Kiki and Bello Entertainment were by far the best.

There has been messages going back and forth with the owner of the company about the service I received because there seemed to be miscommunication going on but I never heard back after she said she would contact me. I never asked for a full refund, only partial, and a chance to talk things over but instead offered me a discount on another service, which was not what I was looking for. I do not want to book a company for another event if there is no trust in the service to begin with and if the issue was not resolved. I waited to give her a chance to contact me again, waiting a long while after the holidays were over to hear but still nothing. I cannot recommend this company.

Dear Michal: I hope this day finds you well and happy. Lily told me about your feedback. I am very surprised as it is the first time we hear a bad review about our DJ and business partner. I spoke with him. He mentioned that everything went well as expected and that many guests complimented his work.
- He mentioned only one guest was rude when asking for a song that had highly explicit content and demanded to have the song played right away. He was not happy about this.
- He also mentioned there was a huge variety of music taste in the room and everyone wanted different type of music. That drove the DJ a little crazy because he was trying to satisfy everyone.
- He said he started playing music 15 min prior to the starting of the event, despite the arrival time.
- He explained the mic gave feedback because people were way too close to the speaker. He instructed them to move away from the speakers but they were still too close.The space was also very small and contributed to the feedback situation.
- There was a lady who repeatedly asked to play Bud Bunny, while other people did not like this artist at all.
- He said he followed your playlist until guests started to make different requests of completely different music.
As per our contract, we can refuse any requests as well as misbehavior or disrespect from guests. Nevertheless, our DJ was very friendly and respectful and he did everything he could to make everyone enjoy the music.
I want to apologize to you if the service did not satisfy your expectations. Thankfully our other reviews can highly speak of us!

My husband booked Bello Entertainment's photo booth as a surprise for my baby shower!! I couldn't have been more pleased. Lily was extremely professional, friendly, and all of my guests had a fun time taking silly pictures. I would highly recommend Lily and this company! Lily sent us the links to all of our photos quickly and they all turned out great. If you're looking for a photo booth for any event, this is the place to book with!
