Guzel is an absolute DOLL! I hired her to perform and teach some of her famous moves at my friend’s Arabian Nights themed bridal shower and we truly couldn't have had the event without her! As the event organizer of St Rakas Day I have to admit Guzel was incredible. Everything about this woman right from the first message exchange on gig salad shows her exceptional customer service and friendly personality she is definitely talented and takes the art of belly dancing to another level with her fire and LED performances. We drew such a large crowd it was hard to let everyone in all at the same time because that will save the day by entertaining the guest waiting in line outside with her fire performances while we handed out glow sticks and fun light up sunglasses she finished her performance off with a special LED performance on the inside while the featured artists performed. I was introduced to Guzel by the dj I booked for my wedding as I was looking for professional dancers who knew or were familiar with Afghan and Persian dances. I was intrigued once I saw her FB page and YT videos and asked him to connect us.
Guzel was very professional and friendly from our first contact. She was flexible and accommodating, especially since it was only a month left before my wedding date!
The day of my wedding arrived and we agreed she and her partner Haydee would escort us as Mr & Mrs at our reception first and then perform a 20-30 minute dance routine after dinner. They both looked beautiful in the colorful traditional Afghan dresses and jewelry they ordered just for the performance. The entrance was much more beautiful and festive with their escort and the actual dance performance was outstanding!! My husband who is from Afghanistan was very impressed knowing the ladies were not originally from his country but said one would not know by the skill and professionalism of their dances. I couldn't agree more and received so many complements and inquiries from the guests as well.
Guzel is truly a gem, it takes a rare gifted talent to transition from professional belly dancing to authentic Afghan cultural dances in such a short time frame! Guzel was invited to perform at my 50 th birthday , she electrified the entire dance floor, she was very elegant , professional and very gracious . during her first performance she made me her Sultan , everybody in the room was jealous. she danced while a violin guy was playing life music , no one ever could duplicate that .
Before the cutting of the cake , she had her fire dance , everybody was mesmerized , the fire was around her body , she was dancing with such an awesome rhythm with the music , every movement , every beat was fascinating

We booked Guzel for a birthday after almost a year of begging by my daughter--- she loves Guzel's dancing and has been asking for her to return for a year. This was the highlight of her 5th birthday. She was on time, well communicated, and very easy to work with, She put together a special routine for the birthday which was thoroughly enjoyed by young and old. The pricing for 30 minutes was very fair considering the expertise required…. let me tell you she packs an hour of entertainment into 30 minutes…. it was spectacular … while the music was reminiscent of the middle east -- you don't see this level of performer anywhere in Egypt, Turkey, or Morocco… she is truly the best we have ever seen…and the fire sets are breathtaking

Her willingness and flexibility to adapt her set to our home environment was unexpectedly uncomplicated for a performer of her caliber and left us time to worry about other facets of the party. Of course as a fire performer she made sure every guest was engaged, entertained (and everything) and safe. She gave us more than we had hoped and the sets were varied and well done. Our guests really enjoyed it , though 1/2 were video recording rather than "enjoying" .... LOL

Friends and I have follow Güzel for like 2 years already to all her shows around Houston area. We love how she performed thru every show she connect with the audience in a way to make us feel the dance and the show she is presenting!

I went to eat with some of my friends. And suddenly this difference music start and I see a women with a sword in her head lighted with fire, yes fire. It's was amazing. HER performance was full of energy, excitement and to the point, I was well entertained. Is a show that I recommend everyone to see. You will not regretted.
