Ben specializes in creating beautiful music for your unique event. the type of events I have performed for include:
Receptions, Anniversaries, Birthday Parties. Ben has done Fundraisers for Kansas City Firemen's Association with Calvary Temple Church, also for the Aids 2023 program. Corporate events include Governors Conference On Economic Development and with The Heritage Foundation.
Ben played the 2022 and 2023 seasons with the Lee Summit Symphony Orchestra. My recent Club and Music venues include B&B Theaters, Johnny's Jazz Bar and Grille and Jazzy B's in Lee's Summit.
Ben Harris and his band members were absolutely phenomenal! Cool people, solid musicianship and just good all around people! And...showed up on time. Ben is the man!

Ben Harris Jazz provided an absolutely delightful evening of music for our Downtown Lee's Summit Fourth Friday Art Walk event. All the attendees commented on how much they enjoyed the music, and Ben and his musicians were consummate professionals, delightful to work with. We are excited to host Ben Harris Jazz again for our July Fourth Fridays event!

Ben Harris Jazz trio played at our wedding during cocktail hour. He was very easy to work with and the crowd loved the trio. I would highly recommend them for a future event. :)

On Wednesday evening, June 29, 2016 the members of Southwest National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials were entertained and serenaded by the sweet smooth jazz of the Ben Harris Jazz Trio. Ben's full set was exceptional and had our whole group swaying to the music. The group was prompt and accommodated our mid-evening event. I would highly recommend Ben Harris Jazz for any performance in the future. Keep thumping that bass Ben!!!

Ben Harris-Bandleader/Bassist - has recently performed with 2009 Grammy Award Winner for best Latin Jazz Album, Pianist, and composer Arturo O'Farrill. Ben also performed with Nichelle Nichols -Actress/Vocalist- who played Lt. Uhura in Star Trek. In the local area Ben has played in the Lee's Summit Symphony.
