My wife and I had the good fortune to be entertained by Ben and his band at Queen Ann’s loft in Newport. His voice is both powerful and pleasing. He is a master of covers and original songs. Truly a talented and charismatic musician.

We hired Ben to play for a welcome reception for our group. What was supposed to be background music, turned into a country music concert. It was great, he had our attendees up and dancing, and asking for song requests. It was truly the highlight of our program. Not only is Ben a talented musician, but he's also polite, friendly, courteous, and just an all-around good person. If I ever need a musician again, I'll be looking to Ben for his availability.

I heard over and over, “how did you find Ben!?” First let’s talk about the people. All three guys were professional, kind, respectful and absolutely outstanding on their instrument. They picked the best place to set up not only for viewing but for optimal sound for the performance. My gosh were they good! What am I saying? My gosh were they incredible! I wish Ben and his band continued success and hope they achieve whatever goal they have set before them. Honestly, they belong on a professional stage. Grab him while you can!

Ben is such an amazing performer, he interacts with the audience and has us hanging on every lyric! He’s perfected storytelling and I loved hearing the stories behind the songs. His voice is unique and all his own… although, he can do a killer Luke Bryan impersonation!!! So fun!! Highly recommend Ben and his band! Aside from being incredibly talented and professional, Ben is a genuinely the kindest person.

I found him online and BEN WAS A HIT!!! We hired him for our corporate welcome reception, and man he did not disappoint. He had our guests on their feet dancing and singing. Such a great talent! This is the second time we’ve hosted The Ben O’Connor band and we were once again blown away. The first was an amazing acoustic set. This time around was plugged in, and they killed it. All 100 of our guests made comments about how amazing they were. Highly recommend them, and we’ll definitely be going with Ben for our future events.

My marketing team hired Ben for a LIVE private event in Austin for our company outing. He was fantastic and adored by the masses. Our audience flew in from across the USA so it says a lot for everyone to be so impacted and impressed by his music. It's truly wonderful and he's very accommodating. He will draft up a list of songs or play originals or do a mix. We loved every minute of it.

I run marketing for a publicly traded software company and hired Ben OConnor to perform at our annual customer conference! He specifically played for our Customer Appreciation Night Out and took the stage at Banger’s on Rainey Street (famous Austin venue) for the entire evening. He was extremely easy to work with, met over zoom as often as requested, took all out requests in designing the musical choices for the evening and left us totally dazzled. His voice is really well like butter. It’s like John Mayer and Kenny Chesney smooth and appeases a wide audience. He was professional and accommodating during the event and arrived hours in advance to perfect the audio and performance. He designed a tentative list of songs to play as slow openers and then selected songs throughout the evening based on the energy of the crowd. We hired him for a three piece acoustic and it was AWESOME!!!!

Ben did an amazing job for our very large annual customer event in Austin, TX. It was our first in person event in 2 years and we were so nervous to make a good impression on our customers. We had Ben come and arrange for him and 2 local musicians to play at Bangers a cool outdoor beer garden for 400 people. Through the planning process he was super responsive and professional and was able to deliver exactly what we needed. He made sure that our customers had an amazing night. He has a beautiful voice and did a great job blending his music with other popular cover tunes, but with beautiful spins. I would hire Ben again in a heartbeat!

We became instant fans from the first time we were introduced by friends to Ben and his music, since then he's always on the top of our playlist and we've recruited many more followers. We were so fortunate to have Ben come play a set for us and our crew on Goat Island. Ben like his music is most at home with the sea in the air and the bay as his backdrop. He was astounding and totally over delivered, he's not only a truly gifted storyteller and performer but perhaps one of the nicest guys ever. There's not a time since when we'll get together when someone doesn't holler "When's Ben coming back"... Was much more than we expected! Ben's ability to turn on a dime was incredible, event was supposed to be outside, rain made this a concern. Ben went inside (checked in) and reset our room to accommodate the large group and it turned out even better than we thought! Our guests were having such a great time, no one wanted to leave!

Ben provided music for a very important and intimate gathering. This private event was held to celebrate the life of a loved one facing a terminal illness. Needless to say, the importance of finding the right person to provide music was paramount. We were not disappointed. Ben listen to our needs and hopes for the evening. He created a musical experience that touched all those in attendance. His talent is on the highest professional level. He guitar skills combined with his vocals are inspiring and he expertly wove stories together to create a tapestry of music and word throughout the evening. In addition to his outstanding talent, Ben is an amazing person. Humble, open and kind. I am thankful that I had the opportunity to be introduced to him and his music. I’ve already booked him for another performance.

We had Ben and the crew perform for us at our Fourth of July party. They did an awesome job, played all the hits and some really good ones they wrote themselves. Highly recommend them!

I was privileged enough to personally have been out to a veterans event. He performed and was remarkable in every sense!
