I hired a super hero character for my son's birthday. He was so surprised and all the kids loved him and took pictures. This company was very helpful and reasonable priced.

When I booked, I was informed I would be getting service for two hours, not 1 hour and 20 min. And I was informed I would get two attendants to clean, groom and decorate ponies. My event was at 2 pm, and they did arrive at 2 pm, but it was a 15 year old knocking on my door asking for money and telling me she would be back with ponies. If my event started @ 2, I thought that meant having ponies ready to start at 2. Well, the little girl came back at 2:23 to be exact, with the two ponies, and it was just her and no one else. I didn’t feel too safe putting my one year old on the horse because the horse chair kept moving to the left and right, and it wasn’t strapped right. I go to farms for pony rides all the time, and never had an issue where I see this chair. The kid kept trying to pull the straps to make it tighter so they wouldn’t fall, but it kept happening throughout the event. Since she started at 2:23, I thought she would stay until later. Well wrong. Right as she was going, she told my guests before 4 that it was the last ride, and it wasn't even even 4. I’m very disappointed with how all this turned out. Just horrible.

I had been using Best Entertainment for two years now. This year's entertainer was even better than the last one. My red Ninjago Kai (David) showed up on time and asked who the birthday boy was. He showed special attention to my son but also gave the right attention to the other guests. All the kids had so much fun and I even got complements from the adults watching the show. My son's birthday was a success! Thank you Best Entertainment and thank you David for such a great job!

the Ironman that came to my sons 5th birthday was amazing. he was on time, thoughtful and engaging and kept the kids completely entertained for an hour.. the birthday boy was beside himself in delight from start to finish. i couldn't recommend him more!
