Response from Bets Danko:
It was an absolute pleasure to meet you and your team. I thoroughly enjoyed facilitating the drum circle at the beginning of the day and particularly enjoyed the willingness of your team to interact and give feedback both during and after the subsequent presentation. Groups at this level of confidence, communication, ability, and willingness to learn do not come together by chance. They are created and guided with a great deal of thought and true leadership. Bravo!
Thank you for the opportunity to meet and address your team.

I am a pretty easy going presenter. I like to just show up, make friends, deliver on point, and leave people happy and motivated. Your event should be as stress-free as possible...and I am here to help support that goal!
I am all about keeping people engaged and delivering the program that motivates. As an individual speaker, I can deliver 1 hour keynote presentations, 1/2 day presentations for companies and/or groups, or weekend retreats (complete with drum circles, journaling, and breakout group activities).
I adapt my presentations to serve the team/group I am speaking to, so topics can be adjusted to fit your needs. (An overview of my speaking topics are below. )
I prefer to have a discovery call prior to an event so I am sure to hit the topics which the organizers wish to hear about. Let's make this fit the experience you wish to give your team, right?
I collect information from your team/group during presentations so we can jump on a call after the event and share our thoughts.
Depending on the structure of the event, I may show up with one assistant who can answer questions on my behalf. If the event is a weekend retreat, I will bring up to two additional people to assist with the presentations.
Equipment will depend on the group size, the type of presentation you request, and the length of the event. A Keynote can be done with just a mic and speakers and can also include slides/video if available (and if you choose that option).
Any event including drumming (a fabulous team-building activity), depending on the size of the group, may require the rental of drums.
I can incorporate singing into the presentation. This would require a vocal mic and a speaker system which can handle the intonation of a soprano singer.

I can work in almost any environment. I have no specific requirement for lighting or staging unless you request that I sing during the presentation. I prefer to see the audience during musical performances.
I do request that the venue have air conditioning or fans if inside or that the area where I am speaking be covered - blocking direct sunlight.
I can incorporate music into the presentations if requested. I am a trained soprano with many years experience throughout the west coast and Pennsylvania. Most of the music I can offer is from the 1940s, Opera, Musical Theater, Golden Age film musicals, traditional Christian pieces, and patriotic pieces.
Bets has found the teachings of Brendon Burchard, Ed Mylett, and Trent Shelton to be in line with her ideology and presentation content.
PA system - including microphone, speakers - appropriate for the space and attendees present
For groups up to 50 people, I am able to do presentations on the same level as the participants. When group is more that 50 people, I prefer to be on a platform or stage so I can see and interact with everyone.
