He went above and beyond by taking the time to research all the guests beforehand, which made every interaction feel personal and special. From the moment he arrived, he brought incredible energy and truly embodied the character of Santa.

He didn’t just stick to a schedule—he stayed longer than expected, making sure to give everyone his full attention. He took his time with each guest, sharing conversations, spreading joy, and making memories. He even filmed personalized videos that we’ll treasure forever.

We host an annual Secret Santa party for our little kids (9 total, ages 3-7). We like to give the kids fun surprises and this year the surprise was going to be a visit from Santa. Big Jolly Santa was available for our party and we coordinated ahead of time on the logistics of the party. He suggested that I provide him with little blurbs about each kid so he’s prepared for when he sees them. Our expectations were far exceeded! He came and brought jolly cheer to our party, even the adults were enthralled with how great he was with the kids! Seeing each kids’ face light up was priceless. The evening became so magical because Big Jolly Santa knew little facts about each kid, he took questions from the kids, he handed out their gifts, and as we put our son to bed, he looked at us and said “momm, daddy… I’m the luckiest kid in the world! Santa came tonight!” A truly magical experience. Thank you!!! We’ll definitely be using him again for our next annual party.

Big Jolly Santa was available last min and made our holiday party complete. He brought joy into the event with his first hello and never stopped the entire the night. Such a pleasure meeting him and we are thankful he could accomidate us on such short notice!
