Big Logic & the Truth Serum is a rock band based in St. Augustine, FL. Gigging mainly Florida, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and in New York, this 5 piece band consists of members Justin Gurnsey (guitar/ vocals), Spencer Zick (drums), Jesse Bertholf (Bass), Trey Geddings (lead guitar), and Andre Martins (keys). Each member brings a unique talent and perspective to the table. Playing an eclectic combination of Rock, Funk, Reggae, Soul, Folk and the Blues, each show is a fun mix of originals and choice covers to keep the audience on their toes. Songs are driven by melodic hooks and a strong groove, punctuated by Justin's unique vocal style make this band’s sound one of a kind.

Big Logic & The Truth Serum is a rock band based out of Rochester, New York. Forming in 2015 in St. Augustine, Florida, the band has spent the last four years playing in Florida, New York, and touring the East coast. They have played a variety of gigs and venues. From festivals to neighborhood bars and corporate events to weddings, the band can fit most needs.
Members of Big Logic & The Truth Serum have been collaborating with each other on many different projects for years prior to founding the band. Justin Gurnsey (vocals/guitar) and Jesse Bertholf (bass) have remained the band's core founders. Big Logic & The Truth Serum will also bring in other talented regional players to round out the band.
Playing an eclectic combination of Rock, Funk, Soul, Folk, Reggae, and Blues, each show is a fun mix of originals and choice covers that keep the audience on their toes. Their musical stylings are influenced by an array of different styles and artists like The Band, Dr. Dog, Grateful Dead, Taj Mahal, Peter Tosh, Bob Dylan, and others. Together, Big Logic & The Truth Serum combine their individual influences to create energetic shows and music. Songs driven by melodic hooks and strong grooves punctuated by Justin’s unique vocal style make this band’s sound one-of-a-kind.
We are able to provide full sound and lights for events up to 200 people. Anything larger then that and we would need venue or promoter to provide sound.
