 Creation of a budget with monthly updates
 Assistance with locating the perfect ceremony and reception venue
 Creation of a customized wedding website
 Up to 8 hours of onsite day of coordination assistance to oversee both the
ceremony and reception.
 Up to 2 hours of assistance to oversee the rehearsal.
 Unlimited email access to ask additional questions as necessary.
 Creation of an extensive wedding timeline that has been coordinated with
all vendors hired for the wedding that will be made available to family,
bridal party, and vendors.
 Oversight of all set up for ceremony and reception
 Distribution of all final payments or gratuities on the day of the wedding.
 Three 1 hour teleconferences or face-to face meetings .
 One trip prior to the rehearsal and wedding to the venue or meet with
family at venue as necessary at no charge
 Recommendations for all vendors who have yet to be hired and review of
all contracts currently in place.
 Introduction of up to 3 vendors in each wedding category for further consideration
and will attend meetings with these vendors and clients if time
allows.
 Assistance with developing a design and theme for the wedding while
keeping an eye on the overall budget.

Donna has been making memories for her clients for over twenty years. Whether it is planning a wedding for 150, a 700 person dinner in honor of the Duke of Edinburgh or having an impromptu pool party at her home, Donna’s attention to detail and passion for hospitality make her events truly memorable.
Donna earned her degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. After graduating she spent the majority of her career working at some of the finest hotels including the historic Fairmont Copley Plaza, the Ritz Carlton Chicago, the Hyatt Regency Crown Plaza, Le Meridien Boston, and the Boston Harbor Hotel. Donna’s work has also taken her to Maui, Belize and London as well as many cities stateside including Los Angeles, Chicago and Aspen. Donna’s commitment to excellence and her passion for creating unique events make her one of the premier event planners in New England.

Donna resides in Blackstone with her husband Bob, daughter Grace, and their big goofy dog Buster. When she’s not planning fabulous events you can find her in the kitchen practicing her culinary talents, selling Girl Scout cookies and spending time with her family and friends.
