Blake Reynolds brings a powerful and enthusiastic stage presence that captivates the audience and engages them through his performance. He performs original and covers songs to increase audience engagement. He is professional both on and off stage interacting with fans, taking pictures, signing autographs, or just having a conversation with everyone. Being down to earth and easy to work with makes it easier on the promoters when bringing him to venues.

His performance is nothing shy of "amazing", during songs, between songs, and transitions, at no point is the audience not engaged. His usual sets are anywhere from 30-45 minutes.

Blake Reynolds is an Independent American Christian Music Artist, Worship Leader, and Songwriter. He has performed with artists like Sanctus Real, Apollo LTD, JJ Weeks, Justin Warren, Ashes Remain, George Moss, and many others. He is most well known for his original song “No Other Name”, released in January of 2018, and his latest single "Dancing Through The Night".

Beginning his music career in 2006 playing bass for his father’s church in a small town in Michigan; Blake had no idea that he would be where he is at today. His parents had always encouraged him to pursue music as a career even at a young age.

He has been involved in music for more than 15+ years, as a worship leader, music director, songwriter, and Christian music artist. Most recently employed on staff with Tribl Records helping other artists build their career. Blake is very versatile as a musician, playing over eight instruments: bass, acoustic, electric, drums, and others.

SECTION I
DEPOSIT - Non-refundable deposit of $50 to be paid upon booking Blake Reynolds. This can be a check, cash app, or PayPal.
HONORARIUM - Promoter & Blake Reynolds can negotiate the honorarium amount prior to the event. Blake’s usual honorarium amount is $400 + Travel Expenses (airfare or fuel) for just an acoustic guitar set (no equipment provided by the artist). Honorarium to be paid the day of the event.

CANCELLATIONS
Artist Cancellation - Blake has the right to cancel this engagement in writing within 30 days due to recording, support touring opportunities, or unavoidable circumstances.
Promoter Cancellation Policy - Promoter has the right to cancel this engagement in writing within 30 days due to unavoidable circumstances. No cancellation fees.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
Due to dieting and being gluten & dairy-free, the following items are “safe” items for Blake to eat. It is generally safe to stay away from anything fried, deep-fried, breaded, or “junk food” items. **Blake typically travels with 2 people in addition to himself. Artist Blake will notify number of team members prior to event.

Meat: Chicken breast, Turkey, Shrimp, Salmon, Barbecued meats. Most meats are safe.
Produce: Veggies, Fruit, Nuts
Misc: Nuts, Clif Bars, and Gluten-free snacks
Drinks: Water, Sugar-free drinks, Sparkling water, Diet (link hidden)pper

MERCH BOOTH
Booth - 8ft table to be provided. If the event is outside, please provide a cover for the booth.
Power - Please provide power or an extension cord with a power strip.
Person - If capable, please provide a person to run the booth.

DROP REQUESTS
“Drops” are promotional video/audible requests from the artist. The promoter can submit drop requests to artist “Blake Reynolds” via email. Please include the script & any important information that Blake will need to include in his video/audio.

SECTION III
SOCIAL MEDIA & PROMOTION
The artist will assist in promoting on his personal social media pages and online profiles unless specified otherwise by the promoter. Promotional assets (graphics, photos, videos, etc) can be provided upon request.

VIDEO, PHOTO, AND LIVESTREAM
There are no requirements or restrictions for video, photo, or Livestream. Please provide a livestream link to artist Blake Reynolds to share. If a professional photographer or videographer is present, please send a copy of the content to our email. **If the performance is a “live recording” the artist will specify any restrictions.

MERCHANDISING COMMISSIONS/FEES
Any merchandising fees or commissions must be discussed in writing and agreed upon by the promoter and Blake Reynolds prior to the event.

LODGING
If an event is a multiple-day event, Blake’s performance is later in the evening/earlier AM rehearsal, or the event is outside of a 100-mile radius of Blake’s location; lodging accommodations must be provided by the promoter. Depending on the type of performance request, Blake will have multiple team members and additional lodging arrangements will need to be provided. If traveling alone, one bedroom with double queen beds. If traveling with a band please reach out to Blake to confirm lodging but typically 2 bedrooms with double Queen beds will suffice. ***Acceptable Hotels and AirB&B. Due to liability & security purposes, Blake does not stay in host homes.

TRAVEL
If event is outside of a 150 mile radius Blake Reynolds and promoter will discuss travel arrangements. This may include airfare for Blake Reynolds & one additional person. Please discuss details with Blake Reynolds prior to signing this agreement.

DRESSING ROOM
Please provide a room for Blake to use for changing and preparing for his set. Depending on the type of performance (acoustic or full band), Blake travels with a minimum of two people in addition to himself. If bringing his band, he will have 4-5 team members with him.

SOUNDCHECK, SET UP, AND REHEARSAL
Unless promoter & artist, Blake Reynolds discusses this prior to the event, Blake & his team will need to arrive at the venue two-three hours before the event to set up, rehearse, and soundcheck. Blake & team need 30 minutes to rehearse & sufficient time to soundcheck.

SOUND, LIGHTING, AND ADDITIONAL EQUIPMENT
The promoter agrees to provide all audio, video, and lighting needs. For specifics on requirements for AVIL, please see the Artist Stage Plot/Input & Output list. If sound, lighting, or other equipment is to be provided please discuss it with the artist, Blake Reynolds, before submitting this document.

TICKETS
Please provide 10 tickets for Blake to give away. If you’re unable to provide 10 tickets please let artist Blake Reynolds know in advance.
