BS provided a top notch, very professional and friendly bar tender. Gabby was great!

They wanted to be paid 50% 2 months prior to event. I pay when services rendered. I saw they no showed on occasion. Also the 50% is non refundable even if they no show. Buyer beware!!!!

I paid for the service and confirmed booking at the end of October with Simone and Blended Spirits for my holiday party on Dec. 16 and am utterly disappointed with the appalling service provided by Blended Spirits Mobile Bartending. We hired them for our holiday event, banking on their promised professional bartending services and 5-star reviews, only to be sorely let down at the last minute.

Shelly, the appointed bartender, failed to show up just moments before our guests were scheduled to arrive. This left us in an incredibly awkward and stressful situation as we scrambled to figure out what went wrong. Not only did Shelly not show up or respond to our attempts to reach out, but the company also failed to provide alternative solutions.

The absence of the bartender resulted in a complete lack of basic necessities for the event. We were left without essential items like ice, cups, and garnishes. As a result, three bottles of orange juice, pineapple juice, two bottles of cranberry juice, simple sugar, grenadine, and other ingredients totaling around $200 went to waste due to the absence of the bartending services. The supposed resolution offered by Simone was a refund of the initial payment. I am very grateful for the refund; however, this so-called resolution doesn't even come close to compensating for the chaos, embarrassment, and financial loss incurred due to their incompetence. We were left in a situation where our event was severely impacted, causing immense frustration and disappointment among our guests. As Simone pointed out, we did get our money back, but we did not have cups, ice, garnishes, mocktails, etc.

Blended Spirits Mobile Bartending not only failed to deliver on their commitment but also caused significant distress. Their lack of accountability and inability to provide the service they were contracted for is simply unacceptable because they did not have an alternate plan in place for this scenario. I strongly advise against relying on this company for any event, as their unreliability and disregard for their customers' experience are inexcusable.

I was completely impressed with Simone and Cierra’s professionalism and customer service.” Pricing was fair and transparent. Cierra was our bartender for the evening. She was exceptional! By the end of event, I had received so many compliments from my guest about how awesome she was. Go ahead and click hire, you won’t regret it! Thank you Blended Spirits!
