I have written a book called "Living For the Fruit of the Spirit". I have written about my personal testimony as a mental health counselor living with Bipolar, Borderline, ADHD and past Postpardom depression. I have also written about how adhering to and utilizing the Fruit of the Spirit can help to overcome mental health conditions. Everyone feels depressed, anxious, angry, hurt or abandoned and empty sometimes. In my speaking engagements I utilize both examples and music to inspire my audiences to overcome their challenges through an open, honest, reasonable, realistic and healthy relationship with God. I have a masters in mental health counseling emphasis marriage and family therapy.

I offer very charismatic speaking engagements and intentionally include my audience in my presentations. I also utilize and sing music that is sincerely uplifting and encouraging as it helps me to make my point. My power point presentations are professional and provide a means for my audience to learn and remember what is presented. I utilize scripture from God's Word in my message as much as possible as it enables me to be honest and through in my presentations.

Heide explains and encourages others to understand and appreciate that they are not alone, and that God does love them. In addition to providing her professional expertise, Heide also presents her own testimony as someone who has suffered personally from mental health conditions and has struggled in her own relationship with God. Heide’s book is a must read for Christians suffering from mental health conditions and for the people in their support systems. She has a unique and charismatic way of demonstrating how those who deal with mental health issues can lead reasonable, realistic and healthy lifestyles when they adhere to the Fruit of the Spirit.
Heide’s presentations and her book present an honest look at Heide’s 15-year struggle with bipolar, borderline, ADHD, and postpartum depression along with her relationship with God. Her book as well as her testimony describe the many tools that helped her through very challenging times in her life. Heide describes how God uses both the condition and those who suffer from the symptoms for His glory and explains how it is possible for those affected to be still and live for the characteristics of the Fruit of the Spirit. In her presentations and book Heide proceeds through each of the characteristics of the Fruit of the Spirit as found in Galatians 5:22-23, “For by love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control- against these the Spirit independently and explains how adhering to each quality provides healing and blessings from God above.
Heide Kuhlman is an expert in her field. She has a master’s degree in mental health counseling with a forthcoming master’s degree in divinity. Heide has ten years of private practice experience in mental health and family counseling. She was a licensed mental health and marriage and family therapist, a past member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and a past member of the American Psychological Association (APA). Heide is married and a mother of four. She and her husband farm and have owned and operated the Blessings Big & Small Christian retail store for five years located in Watertown, South Dakota. Heide is a member of the Watertown Ministerial Association, First United Methodist Church of Watertown, the South Dakota Retailers Association and the Watertown Chancer of Commerce. Heide provides Christian counseling and coaching, does speaking engagements, and provides expert and personal commentary on mental health issues, Christianity, parenting and small business management and rnarketing.
I am open to work with any environmental conditions. I like to use a power point presentation, but it isn't absolutely necessary. I like to sing and use music to emphasize my points in my presentations, but it isn't necessary.
