Blind Pony was formed in 2004 by Kent Klineman to play Rock and Roll.
Kent sought out like-minded musicians and formed a band. He met the real Blind Pony at Esalen Institute, and the band had a name.
They started playing shows around LA, graduating from coffee house shows to gigs at some of LA’s best clubs and bars:
The Viper Room, The Echo,The Escondite, Paladino’s, Davey Wayne’s, Silverlake Lounge, The Cinema Bar and many others.
Stephen A. Thomas really wanted a drum set from Sears at a very young age. He got a record player with a daisy sticker on it instead. Eventually though, he got a used drum set and learned by playing along to his friends' KISS records and has been playing ever since.
Clinton Kirby, master lead guitar player, singer, bass player and all around Musical Athlete adds his prowess to The Blind Pony sound.
Troy Richardson learned to play bass at Berklee College of Music. Need we say more.
We have full PA and sound gear for your party or event needs. We will get a great mix, do a quick sound check and rock the house.
